Abstract

This study presents the effect of motivation and working environment to employee performance Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of the Organization of West Sumatera province. This study is a survey with a quantitative approach and the data used is primary data obtained by field survey where in total 44 respondents were directly sampled with sample collection census techniques. Hypothesis testing is done by means of multiple linear regression analysis using the three instruments consists of three sets of questionnaires to the variable, motivation, working environment and performance. Based on the results, there are conclusion can be drawn i.e. (1) Working motivation variables affect the performance of employees Organization Bureau of West Sumatera Provincial Secretariat significantly; (2) working environment variables affect the performance of employees Organization Bureau of West Sumatera Provincial Secretariat significantly; (3) Both working motivation and working environment effect on the performance of employees of the Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of the Organization of West Sumatera Province.

Abstract

This study, entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Interest Rates on Private Investment in the Agricultural Sector in West Sumatra for the 2014-2024 Period," aims to analyze the effect of GRDP and interest rates on private investment in the agricultural sector in West Sumatra between 2014 and 2024. The data used are secondary time series data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Sumatra Province and the International Financial Statistics Agency (IFS). The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression, with a predetermined equation model. The results indicate that GRDP has a significant positive relationship with private investment in the agricultural sector, while interest rates show a negative relationship. This study provides important insights into the factors influencing investment in the agricultural sector, which can serve as a reference for policymakers and investors.

Abstract

Tujuan melakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah salah satu bentuk promosi dari Universitas Dharma Andalas berbasis pengabdian masyarakat kesekolah sekolah SMA atau sederajat yang ada di Sumatera Barat untuk berbagi pengetahuan tetang bagaimana mensiasati memilih perguruan tinggi sesuau dengan bakat dan minat dari siswa agar lulus di perguruan tinggi negeri , karena mereka masih bingung untuk memilih prodi apa yang sesuai dengan bakat dan minat mereka untuk itu perlu dikasih tau tentang memilih perguruan tinggi yang berkualitas yang ada di Indonesia. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode ceramah dalam bentuk bimbingan dan penyuluhan. Apabila mereka tidak lulus perguruan tinggi negeri, maka ditawarkan kepada siswa tersebut perguruan tinggi swasta salah satunya Universitas Dharma Andalas. Universitas Dharma Andalas telah memenuhi standar mutu yang diminati oleh siswa tersebut dimana prodi-prodi yang ada di Dharma Andalas sudah terakreditasi sangat baik (B) . Untuk itu kami dari Tim promosi mengajak dari siswa-siswa tersebut untuk bergabung ke Universitas Dharma Andalas sesuai dengan bakat dan minat mereka. Disamping itu kami dari tim D3 Manajemen Perusahaan Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Dharma Andalas secara khusus juga menjelaskan kepada mereka bahwa D3 adalah salah Pendidikan vokasi yang masa kuliahnya hanya 3 tahun pas atau 6 semester dan sudah banyak alumninya yang bekerja baik jadi ASN maupun pegawai swasta yang ada di Indonesia. Dengan penjelasan ini mereka sangat antusias mendengarkan dan banyak yang bertanya dan berjanji seandainya mereka tidak lulus di negeri mereka akan bergabung dengan prodi D3 Manajemen Perusahaan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Dharma Andalas.
