Abstract

Good customer relationship management is needed by the marketing department of the company, including the company training services. The utilization of information technology for customer relationship management is becoming important due to the availability of the internet and other information technology products for today's marketing communications very wide. SugarCRM is a customer relationship management application that has been well implemented in various world companies and service companies in Indonesia. The analysis was conducted to find out the benefits of SugarCRM in a training service company using a case study of PT NCI. Companies that previously only used general office applications in Manually managing customer data to serve and maintain customer loyalty has proven to be better after using the SugarCRM application as a marketing information system for managing customer relations. Some of the improvements in the marketing department's performance include making it more accessible in collecting and accessing customer data, understanding customer expectations and desires, and providing services to customers, with the hope of increasing customer satisfaction and improving company income and profits. There are still some shortcomings that need to do further researched. Further research is also needed, among others, to compare SugarCRM with other similar applications.

Abstract

Information technology is increasingly needed by various institutions, among others, to facilitate HR management (Human Resources). Low cost is one of the criteria for selecting an information system application for HR management. The use of open code office computer software applications that can be obtained at a low cost for the administration of employees or human resources does not meet that need because it is not systematic, so there are still some problems such as difficulty accessing information employees quickly and accurately. Research has been carried out to implement system applications OrangeHRM HR information with the case study method at the College of Technology Personnel Section Integrated Nurul Fikri or STT NF. OrangeHRM was chosen because it is an open-source license fee-free and, based on previous research, has been successfully implemented in the company. Analysis result this research shows that the use of the OrangeHRM application has met the basic needs of the system HR information in institutions similar to STT NF, including the available HR information system administration module, which easy to use personnel department, personal information management module, time attendance module and implementation of activities, leave module, employee recruitment module, performance module, and report module. For more efficiency according to institutional needs, this open code licensed OrangeHRM can be developed further without technological and legal barriers.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk mendukung pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. OrangeHRM merupakan salah satu sistem informasi sumber daya manusia yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pengelolaan SDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan OrangeHRM di SMPIT Al-Qudwah dengan menggunakan modul PIM (Personnel Information Management), ESS (Employee Self Service), Leave (Cuti), dan mengetahui pengelolaan SDM sesudah menggunakan OrangeHRM. Tahapan penelitian ini yaitu mulai dari studi pendahuluan, analisis dan perancangan, implementasi sistem, uji coba, penarikan kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa OrangeHRM dapat implementasikan di SMPIT Al-Qudwah serta pengelolaan SDM sesudah menggunakan OrangeHRM menjadi lebih mudah serta cepat dari segi waktu. Hal tersebut didukung oleh hasil presentase “Setuju” bahwa penggunaan OrangeHRM mempercepat pengajuan cuti dari segi waktu, mempermudah pengajuan cuti dan pencarian data pegawai, serta menghemat pengeluaran kertas yaitu sebesar 97%. Kata kunci : Manajemen SDM, OrangeHRM, Cuti, SMPIT Al-Qudwah

Abstract

Human Resource Information System (HRIS) adalah sistem informasi untuk mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan manajer di fungsi sumber daya manusia. Fungsi ini dulunya bernama fungsi departemen personalia, yang sekarang diubah namanya menjadi fungsi SDM untuk menunjukkan bahwa manusia di dalam organisasi adalah sumber daya ekonomis yang penting (Jogiyanto HM, 2005:249). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi SDM menggunakan OrangeHRM untuk mendokumentasikan data khususnya pada penilaian kinerja karyawan di SDIT AlQudwah, mengetahui hasil dari implementasi Sistem Informasi SDM menggunakan OrangeHRM dalam hal penilaian kinerja karyawan di SDIT Al-Qudwah untuk mengurangi penggunaan kertas dan pertemuan langsung dengan guru yang dinilai, dan mengetahui nilai manfaat dari OrangeHRM untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan di SDIT Al-Qudwah. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pendahuluan, analisis dan perancangan, implementasi, uji coba, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Implementasi OrangeHRM di bagian SDM SDIT Al-Qudwah dapat mendokumentasikan data khususnya data penilaian kinerja guru di dalam modul Performance dan PIM, OrangeHRM dapat mengurangi proses pertemuan langsung dengan guru yang bersangkutan pada proses penilaian kinerja dengan jumlah jawaban setuju 64%, mengurangi penggunaan kertas, mengurangi waktu proses penilaian kinerja guru dan OrangeHRM sangat bermanfaat pada proses penilaian kinerja guru di SDIT Al-Qudwah.
