Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions wherein they study religion. Like the Kalasik books, and other Shari'a books. The development of Islamic boarding schools has progressed which is not only dwelling on religious studies or classical books, but also teaching about modern general sciences that have been introduced including technology. In connection with this matter the Islamic boarding school is not only a forum for studying the knowledge of Islam but also as a vehicle for empowering the people. This is due to the progress of Islamic boarding schools from time to time. As we all know, the vision and mission of Islamic boarding schools is not a public secret, but the function and role of Islamic boarding schools is indeed a good empowerment of people from various fields such as; syi'ar religious (da'wah) study of books, history, cultural arts, natural sciences, astronomy, technology, sports, politics, economics, and so forth.

Abstract

Working in the perspective of the Holy Quran is the duty of every Muslim. Work is not just to meet the necessities of life, but is a worship to glorify and increase its degree. Every work done because of Allah is the same as doing Jihad fῑ  Sabῑ lillah. Jihad in work requires motivation, discipline and a work ethic based on the Holy Quran and Hadith. The work ethic in Islam will be faced with three responsibilities, namely towards Allah, himself, and others as a manifestation of his faith. A person's work success is determined by a high work ethic rooted in him. The  motivation  and  work  ethic  in  Islam  is  that  which emphasizes the values of the Qur'an. It is an obligation for humans as beings who have many needs and interests in life to work to meet all their needs. A Muslim must balance between the needs of the world and the hereafter. A Muslim is not only oriented to the interests of the afterlife, but also must think about his worldly interests, therefore it is necessary to empower the work ethic of society.

Abstract

Form of public service has been multifaceted, service may include goods real, goods not real, and may also be in the form of services. The government issued policy that aims to give social protection and social security. One form of the protection is is giving protection and service for people with social welfare problems. The purpose of this research is to know picture people with social welfare problems that develops in the kabupaten indragiri hilir; the efforts being done by the agency social and labor District Indragiri Hilir in giving public service to residents people with social welfare problems and the factors that affect the implementation of the public service to people with social welfare problems in District Indragiri Hilir.This research research using qualitative approach with instrument research in-depth interviews so the handling can be known on the community people with social welfare problems had been conducted by the district government Indragiri Hilir. The type of people with social welfare problems in the district of Indragiri Hilir, that as many as 28 type and totaled 41.915 people. In in search of solutions to the problems people with social welfare problems in in providing services based on justice, empowerment that encourages self-reliance, and development that create wealth has not been applied in an optimum manner, because of the number of problems and limitations, among them the limited funds, the number of people with social welfare problems that change and grow, government officials resources limited, there has been no public awareness and the private sector to handle problems together people with social welfare problems

Abstract

Awal dakwahnya dimulai dengan menyeru manusia secara individu untuk menerima Islam dan turut berdakwah, setelah itu mereka dihimpun untuk sama-sama melakukan dakwah berkelompok yang terorganisasi dengan baikMembongkar kerusakan setiap aqidah dan system-sistem   jahiliyah   dan   menunjukkan   keagungan Islam sebagai tatanan hidup yang haq. Hal inilah yang membuat Quraisy memusuhi Nabi saw dan dakwahnya. Ketika permusuhan semakin memuncak, Nabi saw melakukan perjuangan politik untuk mendapatkan dukungan riil dari pemegang kekuatan di tengah umat. Kelompok dakwah inilah yang kemudian berhasil membentuk masyarakat Islam yang unik di Madinah.

Abstract

Angka kemiskinan di DURI tergolong tinggi. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kemiskinan adalah melalui peningkatkan fungsi usaha mikro, kecil, menengah (UMKM) di DURI. Akan tetapi UMKM di DURI   terkendala beberapa permasalahan. Perusahaan atau corporate  memegang peran yang sangat penting untuk ikut andil menyelesaikan permasalahan UMKM di DURI melalui program CSR. Berdasarkan fakta dan permasalahan di atas, penelitian ini menawarkan  suatu  model  Corporate  Social  Responsibility  Berbasis Pemberdayaan Partisipatif. Tujuan penelitian ini  adalah   (1) menghasilkan data kebutuhan  dan  masalah    UMKM  di  DURI.  (2)  menghasilkan  model  CSR berbasis pemberdayaan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah observadi dan wawancara   mendalam   dengan   UMKM   di   DURI.   Berdasarkan   penelitian diketahui bahwa permasalahan  UMKM di DURI antara lain desain, permodalan dan pemasaran. Model CSR yang sesuai adalah mengadakan pelatihan desain, pemberian permodalan dan promosi (pemasaran).
