<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Pengelolaan, Sistem Pengendalian dan Perputaran Piutang Pada Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia, (KP-RI) SAGURISI Kabupaten Bungo Periode Tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2020. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perputaran selama 4 tahun mengalami peningkatan, dimana koperasi mampu mengurangi jumlah tunggakan piutang, karena memperoleh nilai dibawah rata-rata yaitu 60 hari, sehingga dapat dikatakan dari tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2020 umur rata-rata piutang terjadi penurunan, karena koperasi mampu melakukan penagihan secara tepat waktu. Kesimpulan dari analisis Rasio Tunggakan Koperasi ini Pengendalian terhadap piutang Koperasi Pegawai RI (KP-RI) Sagurisi Kabupaten Bungo sudah berjalan dengan baik penagihan yang dilakukan mencapai kurang lebih 90%. Dan diharapkan hal ini dapat berkelanjutan agar koperasi memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik lagi.Kata Kunci: Efektivitas; Pengendalian; Perputaran; Piutang Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Management, Control System and Accounts Receivable Turnover in the Employee Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia, (KP-RI) SAGURISI Bungo Regency for 2017 to 2020. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The turnover for four years has increase, where the cooperative was able to reduce the amount of arrears receivable because it obtained a value below the average of 60 days, so it can be said from 2017-2020 the average age of receivables decreased because cooperatives were able to bill promptly. The Cooperative Arrears Ratio analysis is that the control over the receivables of the Indonesian Employee Cooperative (KP-RI) Sagurisi Bungo Regency has been running well, the collection has reached approximately 90%.
