Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Tanah Sepenggal Kabupaten Bungo. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriftif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 35 orang, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 34 orang, dimana camat sebagai pimpinan tidak menjadi sampel. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan Purposive Sampling dengan analisis regresi linear berganda bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai Y = 5,495 + 1,438 – 0,013 + e. Uji parsial disiplin kerja (X1) yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X2) tidak berpengaruh. Berdasarkan nilai variabel disiplin kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan Output diketahui koefisien determinasi sebesar 91,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 8,5% dipengaruhi oleh dimensi lain diluar penelitian. Saran penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya penerapan Reward dan punishment dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai serta memberi arahan dan motivasi kepada pegawai dalam menciptakan atmosfer dalam bekerja.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja; Gaya Kepemimpinan; Kinerja Pegawai.Abstract:  The purpose study was to determine the work discipline and leadership style's effect on the performance of employees Tanah Sepenggal Sub–District office, Bungo regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in the study amounted to 35 people, and the sample amounted to 34 people, where the sub-district head as the leader was not a sample. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The result study, the value of Y = 5.495 + 1.438 – 0.013 + e. The partial test has the work discipline effect on employee performance, but leadership style does not affect it. Based on the F –count, work discipline and leadership style simultaneously affect employee performance. Based on the output determinant coefficient is 91.5%, employee work discipline, one of which is by applying rewards and punishments, improving leadership styles by giving direction and motivation to the employee to create an effective and efficient atmosphere at work Keywords: Discipline; Leadership Style; Performance; Employee
