<![CDATA[The role of the teacher in improving the quality of education is very important and even becomes a major factor in the success of an education, the teacher should be able to become a facilitator in the learning process so that he is able to guide students to understand the material and get satisfactory grades, as a good facilitator the teacher must be able to give positive suggestions so that make students hypnotized to do what the teacher wants, namely to be able to understand, practice and be able to achieve the real learning objectives. Through the Hypnotherapist approach, all of that can be realized. The purpose of this study was to find out why it is necessary to apply the Hypnotherapist approach to class X MA Ar-Raudhah Pangkalan Bun and how the application of the Hypnotherapist approach can improve learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects in class X MA Ar-Raudhah. This research was conducted for two months with initial data (pre-cycle) there were 14 of 34 MA Ar-Raudhah students who did not complete learning the Qur'an Hadith with material VIII elements of Hadith. This study uses quantitative research methods with this type of research testing existing hypotheses by looking at the focus of the problem. Sources of data in this study were students of class X MA Ar-Raudhah Pangkalan Bun. The procedure of this research is to start with observations to identify problems, Planning is to make an action plan, conduct observations of teacher and student activities with interviews and observation sheets, and then Reflection and action and evaluate the process of compiling research data. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the use of the Hypnotherapist approach in learning the Qur'an Hadith is proven to improve student learning outcomes so that the results are 100% complete. ABSTRAKPeran guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sangat penting bahkan menjadi faktor utama dalam kesuksesan sebuah pendidikan, guru hendaknya mampu menjadi fasilitator dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga mampu membimbing siswa untuk memahami materi dan mendapatkan nilai yang memuaskan, sebagai fasilitator yang baik guru harus mempu memberikan sugesti yang positif sehingga membuat siswa terhipnotis untuk melakukan apa yang diinginkan guru yaitu dapat memahami, mempraktikkan dan dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang sesungguhnya. Melalui pendekatan Hypnoterapist semua itu dapat diwujudkan. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kenapa perlu diterapkan pendekatan Hypnotherapist pada siswa kelas X MA Ar-Raudhah Pangkalan Bun dan Bagaimana penerapan pendekatan Hypnotherapist dapat meningkat hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Al Qur an Hadits kelas X MA Ar-Raudhah. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan dengan data awal (pra siklus) terdapat 14 dari 34 siswa MA Ar-Raudhah tidak tuntas dalam belajar Al Qur an Hadist dengan materi VIII unsur-unsur Hadits. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian menguji hipotesis yang ada dengan melihat fokus permasalahan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MA Ar-Raudhah Pangkalan Bun. Prosedur penelitian ini adalah memulai dengan pengamatan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah, Planning yaitu membuat rencana tindakan, mengadakan observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa dengan wawancara dan lembar pengamatn, dan selanjutnya Refleksi dan tindakan dan evaluasi proses penyusunan data penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan Hypnotherapist dalam pembelajaran Al Qur an Hadits terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sehingga mendapatkan hasil 100% tuntas.]]>
