Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi anak di sekolah selama belajar di rumah adalah mengenai pembelajaran matematika yang dilaksanakan secara online. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran dan pengaruh dari peran orang tua terhadap hasil belajar pada pembelajaran online di masa pandemi Covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP/MTs, orang tua, siswa, dan guru matematika, untuk subjek penelitiannya sebanyak 5 orang siswa, 5 orang tua siswa, dan 1 guru matematika. Jika dilihat dari setiap perannya, orang tua S-1 tidak memenuhi 1 sub indikator maka skor peran orang tua sebagai guru didapat 80%, orang tua S-2 dan S-3 mendapat skor maksimal yaitu 100%, orang tua S-4 tidak memenuhi 2 sub indikator sehingga skornya 60%, orang tua S-5 mendapat skor terendah yaitu 20%, karena hanya memenuhi 1 sub indikator. Peran orang tua sebagai motivator orang tua S-1, S-3, dan S-4 mendapat skor maksimal karena sudah memenuhi seluruh sub indikator, orang tua S-2 dan S-5 mendapat skor yang sama yaitu 70%, karena kurang memenuhi sub indikator. Peran orang tua sebagai fasilitator dan pengarah/director, semua orang tua mendapat skor 100% karena seluruh indikator dipenuhi seluruh orang tua. Karena itu, peran orang tua berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. One of the problems faced by children at school while studying at home is about learning mathematics which is carried out online.
