Abstract

In the family the father is a figure who plays a role in the growth, development and success of the child. Fathers are responsible for giving advice to their children. This research discusses the role of fathers in educating children according to the Qur'an. This study examines the verses of the al-Qur'an which are related to the role of the father in educating children according to the al-Qur'an. This research uses library research or also called library research. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a classical-contemporary interpretation paradigm approach. The data collection was carried out thematically, namely collecting the verses of the Qur'an in various letters that have a relationship about the role of the father. The results showed that in the Qur'an it is explained that there are several verses that describe the role of fathers in educating their children, so that this method is relevant to be realized in the contemporary context. The father figure in question is Prophet Nuh, Prophet Ibrahim, Prophet Ya'qub, and Luqman. Among the roles are as educators and caregivers for their children, as role modes for children, creating togetherness with children, and as protectors in the family.

Abstract

According to Qoran, education is aimed at helping students do their functions to worship Allah swt. All potencies that students have, namely, intelectual potency, soul, and body must be integratically built in balance and harmony which are reflected in real human being. This must be implimented in teaching method and material and other related things. This in turn will result in a perfect education system.

Abstract

Terma rahmat dengan pendekatan kontekstual, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa makna rahmat yang memiliki makna asal atau makna dasar rahmat, karunia, berkah, kemurahan, belas kasihan, kemurahan hati, rasa kasihan, simpati, kelembutan hati, ampunan, lemah lembut, kasih sayang, dan kebaikan.Nikmat memiliki makna kontekstual sebagai berikut: 1) Ra’fah (kasih sayang), memiliki tendensi makna kasih sayang Allah terhadap makhluk-Nya di dunia, kasih sayang Allah terhadap makhluk-Nya di akhirat, dan kasih sayang kepada sesama makhluk. 2)Maghfirah (ampunan), memiliki tendensi makna pengampunan Allah yang diberikan kepada orang yang melakukan dosa, pengampunan sebagai dispensasi (kemudahan).3)Nikamatmemiliki tendensi makna nikmat rezeki, nikmat al-Qur’ân (wahyu), nubuwwah (kenabian) dan petunjuk (hidayah), nikmat iman.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of the hadith and the understanding of the Ulama which is the main foundation for the people of Jorong Lubuk Alung, Agam Regency, to carry out the sadakah basorakan tradition which is considered an act of ridicule for other communities. This study uses the library research method of hadith which is the main foundation of the sadakah basorakan tradition. Primary data sources, namely the book mu'jam Al-Mufahras li Al-Hadith, Tis'ah pole, book of rijalul hadith and books of syarah hadith. While the secondary sources are books, related journal articles. The results of the study show that the hadith which is the basis for the community in carrying out the sadakah basorakan tradition has a dhaif status, because there is a hadith sanad who has been harassed by the scholars. But the Nasa'i priest considers this hadith to be a hasan lighairihi hadith, even though this hadith has the status of dhaif and there are no other hadiths that support it to rise to the status of hasan lighairihi hadith, this hadith does not conflict with other hadiths, the verses of the Qur'an or ijma' scholars. In terms of the understanding of scholars, this hadith can be practiced as a motivation in worship, especially in alms giving for the people of Jorong Lubuk Alung, Agam Regency.
