Abstract

Occupational safety and occupational problems in Indonesia are still often ignored.This can be seen from the high rate of work accident. According to data from Jamsostek, the number of work accidents in 2012 as many as 9,056 cases of work accidents. Of these, 2,419 cases resulted in death. According Afdifar (2012), only 2.1% of the 15,000 large companies that implement K3 management system. While in small and medium enterprises, implementation of the implementation of K3 management system is also still far fromexpectations. Based on the measurement of the Employment Development Index (IPK), Indonesia in 2012, the indicator of Working Environment Condition only reached 3.71 (low) or decreased compared to 2011 which reached 5.02 index (medium-down) (Ilfani,2013). With the implementation of health and safety programs in the company is expected to improve the quality of employee performance and able to support the achievement of corporate objectives optimally.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on the performance of employees of the production of PT. PG Rajawali II Unit PG Jatitujuh Majalengka. The research type is survey method with cross sectional approach. The population is all employees of production II PT. PT. PG Rajawali II Unit PG Jatitujuh Majalengka as many as 600 people. Sampling in this research is by quota accidental sampling technique, that is 87 people. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire sheet and analyzed by using pearson correlation analysis technique.Based on the results of data analysis research, it can be seen that health and safety (K3) effect on employee Performance Part II PT. PG Rajawali II Unit PG Jatitujuh Regency Majalengka. This study only examines the effect of health and safety (K3) on employee performance, therefore it is expected the next researcher can deepen this research by adding other factors that may affect employee performance.

Abstract

Kesadaran anggota keluarga yang tinggal serumah dengan penderita TB paru untuk deteksi dini rendah. Faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah pengetahuan dan persepsi, dan untuk meningkatkannya adalah penyuluhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan kepada kontak serumah terhadap deteksi dini penyakit TB paru. Dasar teori yang digunakan adalah health belief models. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasinya adalah seluruh anggota keluarga yang tinggal serumah dengan penderita TB paru, dengan sampel total populasi. Analisis data menggunakan repeated anova dan Mc nemar. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan dan persepsi sebelum, sesudah dan setelah 1 bulan dilakukan penyuluhan (p < 0,001 dan p = 0,004); tidak terdapat perbedaan perilaku deteksi dini penyakit TB paru sebelum dan setelah 1 bulan dilakukan penyuluhan (p = 0,508), dan anggota keluarga yang melakukan deteksi dini, didiagnosa tidak menderita penyakit TB paru. Simpulan, penyuluhan yang dilakukan secara kuantitas kurang hanya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan persepsi anggota keluarga tentang penyakit TB paru, dan belum dapat mendorong perilaku anggota keluarga untuk melakukan deteksi dini penyakit TB paru

Abstract

HF in Indonesia in 2019 was 51.48 per 100,000 population, an increase from two years ago, namely 2016 and 2017 when the DHF incidence rate (IR) was 26.1 and 24.75 per 100,000 population. . Based on the case fatality rate (CFR), it seems to have decreased slightly from 0.71% in 2018 to 0.67% in 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mosquito nest eradication behavior (PSN) and the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). The type of research used is a literature review with a systematic literature review method, the number of articles reviewed is 5 articles , the process of analyzing articles with techniques for finding similarities, providing views, comparing, and summarizing. The result of this study is that there is a relationship between mosquito nest eradication behavior (PSN) and the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). The existence of a relationship can be seen from several studies which state that many family heads do not carry out PSN properly. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between PSN behavior and the incidence of DHF. So the head of the family is expected to be able to set an role model for his family to carry out behavior in eradicating mosquito nests properly so as to reduce the incidence of DHF.

Abstract

The low quality of the referral system is one factor to high maternal mortality rate. It is necessary for an effective referral system, in which there is good coordination between the components involved in maternal health care. In Indramayu district has created a referral system that is based on information technology. Namely Referral Information System for Maternal and Neonatal Version Indramayu (Si-IRMA-Ayu). Si-IRMA-Ayu is an information and communication systems based on information technology for pregnant women, health workers and health facilities in the process of pregnancy, birth plans, prevention of complications, and referral of maternal and neonatal emergencies that aims to save the lives of mothers and babies. The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of Maternal Referral System Version Indramayu (Si-IRMA-Ayu) in creating an effective maternal referral system in Indramayu. Method of research using qualitative method with case study approach. Informants in this study amounted to 15 informants who are in the working area of Indramayu District Health Office, Health Center Haurgeulis, Patrol, Cikedung, Lelea, Krangkeng, Plumbon and Indramayu Hospital. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The process of data analysis was done using qualitative data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the Maternal Referral Information System Version Indramayu (Si-IRMA-Ayu) has become an effective referral in Indramayu. Referral system maternal version of Indramayu (Si-IRMA-Ayu) quite effectively become a referral system that is effective in Indrmayu and to further improve the effectiveness of the referral system, the Department of Health needs to improve facilities throughout the hospital in Indramayu, cooperation with hospitals outside Indramayu more reproduced and increase the number of obstetricians in particular in the western district of Indramayu.
