Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam mendukung akreditasi RSUD Kepulauan Meranti. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online google form yang telah dibagikan kepada 70 perawat di RSUD Pulau Meranti. Kemudian terlihat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kualitas asuhan, sedangkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas asuhan. Kepemimpinan dianggap penting sebagai prediktor perantara dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan perilaku sosial yang positif (Organizational Citizenship Behavior), sedangkan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan identik dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dalam mendukung akreditasi rumah sakit yang berkelanjutan. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the quality of care in supporting the accreditation of RSUD Kepulauan Meranti. Collecting data using an online google form questionnaire that has been distributed to 70 nurses at the Regional Meranti Island Hospital. The data analysis tool is Partial Least Square which does not require various fulfillment of data assumptions. Data processing uses the SmartPLS version 3.3 processing application. The research facts show that the quality of care has a positive and significant effect on hospital accreditation with a T-Statistic value of 5.926> 1.96 T-table with confidence α 0.05. Then a positive and significant effect was seen on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the quality of care, while leadership had a positive and significant effect on OCB but not significant on the quality of care. Leadership is considered important to be an intermediary predictor of maintaining and enhancing positive social behavior (Organizational Citizenship Behavior), while the increased quality of care is synonymous with improving service quality in supporting sustainable hospital accreditation.
