Abstract

Latar belakang dan tujuan: Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) adalah alat yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk melindungi sesorang dalam pekerjaan yang berfungsi mengisolasi pekerja dari bahaya di tempat kerja. APD yang efektif harus digunakan secara tepat dan sesuai dengan risiko yang dihadapi. Pemilihan APD khususnya bagi tenaga keperawatan harus berdasarkan risiko atau pun bahaya saat melakukan kegiatan keperawatan. APD tenaga kesehatan ketika praktik terdiri dari Sarung tangan, masker, penutup kepala, gaun pelindung, apron, kaca mata, sepatu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan tim bedah dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri di ruang operasi IGD RSUP Sanglah Denpasar Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah semua tim bedah yang sudah dirata-ratakan dengan jumlah 24 responden, dengan tehnik consecutive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi. Hasil: Didapat bahwa dari 24 responden tim bedah, sebagian besar responden yang tidak disiplin sebanyak 16 orang (67%) dan sebagian kecil responden yang disiplin sebanyak 8 orang (33%) APD yang paling sering tidak digunakan oleh tim bedah terdapat pada alat pelindung diri (googgles) yaitu dengan jumlah 16 orang (67%). Simpulan: Tingkat kedisiplinan tim bedah dalam penggunaan APD ditemukan sebagian besar responden yang tidak disiplin dan sebagian kecil responden yang disiplin

Abstract

Latar belakang dan tujuan: Asepsis adalah keadaan bebas dari mikroorganisme penyebab penyakit. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya melalui teknik asepsis. Teknik asepsis adalah segala upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah masuknya mikroorganisme ke dalam yang kemungkinan besar akan mengakibatkan infeksi. Tindakan asepsis ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan mikroorganisme yang terdapat pada permukaan benda hidup atau benda mati. Tindakan ini meliputi aseptis, desinfektan dan sterilisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan tim bedah terhadap prinsip asepsis di ruang OK IGD RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah semua tim bedah yang sudah dirata-ratakan dengan jumlah 24 responden, dengan tehnik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi. Hasil: Didapat bahwa dari 24 responden tim bedah, sebagian besar responden yang tidak patuh sebanyak 13 orang (54,2%) dan sebagian kecil responden yang patuh sebanyak 11 orang (45,8%). Simpulan: Prinsip asepsis yang paling sering diterapkan oleh tim bedah bedah yaitu pada alat pelindung diri. Prinsip asepsis yang paling sering tidak diterapkan oleh tim bedah bedah yaitu (8%) penggunaan sepatu boot dan prilaku menyentuh area pinggang kebawah.

Abstract

Background: Children develop very traumatic and anxious experiences during the infusion process. The role of finance for children in hospitals is related to collaboration between family and nurses or doctors with financial participation in meeting children's needs and care by providing emotional support for children.Objective: This study discusses family relationships with children during infusion of teenage children (12-18 years).Method: The design of this study used a cross sectional study using observational. The samples used were school-age children 12-18 years old who were to take intravenous measures at the BRSU IRD Room in Tabanan Regency.Results: Most respondents who did not get anxious were 55 (38.8%) respondents and family recipients who received 107 (79.9%) respondents. Based on the results of the Spearman rank test the results of the r value are 0.604 and the value of p 0.000 means that there is a family relationship with the children during infusion in adolescents (12-18 years) in the BRSUD Room in Tabanan Regency.Conclusion: Family support provides a strong level of ability for children when installing IVs.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Gadget pada masa sekarang ini dianggap sebagai media yang sangat berpengaruh dalam kehidupan manusia, karena gadget dapat digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi, memperoleh informasi, media belajar serta media hiburan. Adanya gadget dapat memberikan dampak pada prestasi belajar peserta didik khususnya siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan: Untuk Mengetahui hubungan penggunaan gadget terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV dan V di SD N 3 Candikuning. Metode: Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pada 52 orang yang dipilih secara sampel jenuh. Dikumpulkan data dengan kuesioner penggunaan gadget dan evaluasi belajar siswa. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah kolerasi spearman rank dengan signifikansi 0,05. Hasil: Pada penelitian ditemukan sebagian besar penggunaan gadget sedang sebanyak 25 orang (48,1%) dan prestasi belajar sebagian besar baik sebanyak 28 orang dengan persentase 53,8%. Hasil kolerasi spearman rank didapatkan nilai signifikan 0.00 lebih kecil dari signifikan tabel 0,05. Simpulan: Ada hubungan penggunaan gadget terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas IV dan V di SD N 3 Candikuning.

Abstract

Development is the increase in the ability to function more complex bodies in a regular pattern. In the community, there are still many parents who do not know about their child's development, so that delays cannot be detected early. By providing stimulation, delays in child development can be detected and intervened early. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the skills of mothers in stimulating gross motor skills of children aged 36-48 months. This type of research used associative with a cross sectional approach and using independent and dependent variables. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. After the data collected is presented in a table and analyzed using the Spearman Rank statistical test. The results showed that the level of maternal knowledge about gross motor stimulation was at most 37.1% in the moderate category and maternal skills to stimulate gross motor skills at most 35.1% in the sufficient category where (r = 0.866, p = 0.000) so that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge with the mother's skills in stimulating gross motor skills. The conclusion of this study shows that the level of knowledge has a strong relationship with the skills of mothers in stimulating children's gross motor skills. Information about gross motor stimulation can be an effort to increase the knowledge and skills of mothers that can be done through counseling by health workers. Abstract

Background: Children who regularly eat breakfast have enough energy to receive lessons at school than children who skip breakfast. Children who skip breakfast often show weakness, dizziness or fainting. These things really do not support the learning process because learning concentration is disturbed. In learning activities, concentration plays an important role in achieving a conducive learning atmosphere because it reflects children's cognitive abilities. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between breakfast and the level of learning concentration in grade 4-6 at Tiyinggading 1 Public Elementary School. Method: This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is Total Sampling. The research subjects were 41 students of grade 4-6 at Tiyinggading 1 Public Elementary School. The independent variable includes breakfast habits and the dependent variable is the level of concentration. Data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Result: The average percentage of breakfast for children in grades 4-6 at Tiyinggading 1 State Elementary School is 34 people, 83%. The category of learning concentration for children in grades 4-6 at SD Negeri 1 Tiyinggading has a good average, namely 31 people 76% and there is a significant relationship between breakfast and the level of learning concentration with a value of p = 0.001. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that breakfast is related to the level of learning concentration, therefore parents are expected to provide their children with breakfast in order to increase brain performance where breakfast has benefits in providing energy to the brain so that it can help improve memory, reduce the risk of anemia. and concentration while studying. Abstract

Background : Nutritional problems in toddlers are diseorders of the health and welfare of toddlers, due to imbalance between intake and the body’s need for food and the efect of interaction of infectious diseases. Based on a preliminary study at Puskesmas Marga II, the total population of toddlers in Tegaljadi Village are 151 people and base on interviews with 10 respondents, 5 of them have toddlers with malnutrition status. Objective : To determine the relationship of mother parenting patterns with toddler’s nutritional status. Method : This study using descriptive correlation design and cross sectional approach. The sampling technique using purposive sampling with a total sample of 110 people. Data collection are done by giving questonnaires to respondents and measuring the weight of toddlers. The data was analyzed using the Spearman Rank test to see the significance of statistical calculations using a significant limit if p< 0,05. Result : The results of this study of respondents who have a good parenting patterns of 78.2% and 21.8% of adequate parenting patterns, while 1.8% of respondents with malnutrition status, 20.9% of adequate nutrition, 75.5% well-nourished, over nutrition as much as 1.8%. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between mother parenting patterns and toddler’s nutritional status. Keywords : Toddlers, parenting pattern, nutritional status.
