Community service is non-formal education to the wider community, through educational activities, socialization, training, seminars and educational activities that can support community development. Education to the community is one of the implementations of the tri dharma of higher education. Community service through seminars on Improving the Quality of School Health Services in Segedong District is an effort to maintain a healthier life. The category of clean and healthy living in the school environment is a set of behaviors that are practiced by students, teachers and the school community on the basis of awareness as a result of learning, so that they are independently able to prevent disease, improve health, and play an active role in creating a healthy school environment. This Community Service aims to provide education to children, teachers, school health business managers in each school about healthy and clean living behavior in order to create a healthy nation generation. The result of this community service is an increase in knowledge about school health business management skills in healthy and clean living behavior in schools.

This community service is carried out with the aim of providing assistance on the importance of terminating athlete performance at the beginning before preparing a training program. This community service was carried out at the PSHT Kubu Raya Pencak Silat College at the same time as the Parit Gadoh Development Program, Sungai Kakap District. This service was carried out in several stages including: formulation of partner problems, literature review, interviews, questionnaires, implementation of activities, and FGD. The Community Service that is carried out aims to educate athletes, trainers at the pencak silat training center about the importance of knowing the initial athlete performance before giving training. So that the training given is not only regular but also measurable. The results of the community service carried out were an increase in the trainer's knowledge, and an increase in physical fitness from the training program made by looking at the athlete's initial performance.

In this study, the assessment of endurance and power is of paramount importance in order to enhance the efficacy of training regimens. The objective of this study is to determine whether there is a comparison between tests and measurements of endurance and power. The objective of this study is to ascertain the outcomes of the comparison between tests and measurements of endurance and power. The results of the aforementioned test are as follows. In the beep test, 0% of men and 0% of women did not meet the 100% criterion. In the plank test, all participants failed to meet the criterion. In the medicine ball test, 0% of males did not fit 100%, 80% of females did not fit 20%, and in the vertical jump, 66.67% of males did not fit 33.33%, while 100% of females did not fit 0%. The results of this study are expected to enhance the quality of PJOK learning, foster the development of athletes, and elevate the competitiveness of achievements between schools in Sekadau Regency. The implementation of this test in a systematic and sustainable manner can yield significant benefits for PJOK learning and student achievement. It is imperative that this program be implemented on an ongoing basis and that cooperation be sought from a variety of parties.

Technological advancement, especially in Android smartphones, is on the rise in Indonesia. An innovative solution is the creation and evaluation of physical fitness tests for junior high school students in Singkawang through an Android-based application using Kodular. The application is easily accessible to coaches, teachers, students, and parents and provides instructions on physical fitness test implementation procedures and test norms. This study was a research and development methodology involving a media expert and a materials expert. The test was conducted in two phases. The first phase involved 15 students of SMPN15 Singkawang, and the second phase involved 21 futsal players and 21 students of SMPN 15 Singkawang. The results of the small-scale test showed that 87% of the respondents rated the application as very feasible, while 13% rated it as feasible. The results of the large-scale test showed that 80% of the respondents rated the application as very feasible, and 20% rated it as feasible. Therefore, the Android-based physical fitness testing application with Kodular is declared feasible for general testing. This application helps trainers or teachers know the norms and values of physical fitness tests digitally and efficiently.

The purpose of the study. This study was to determine the difference between drill and play training methods on badminton playing skills. Materials and methods.The method used is the experimental method. The research subjects were 30 male athletes at the PB Aneka club and had taken the achievement motivation test. The data collection tool in this study used the Playing Badminton test. The hypothesis test anova one way. Results. The results of the research in the high achievement motivation badminton group obtained an F-Count value of 119.61 while the FTable with degrees of freedom 1 (df1) and degrees of freedom 2 (df2) and a significance of 0.05 obtained an FT-table value of 4.20. F-Count > FTable (119.61 > 4.20) and in the low-achieving motivation badminton group, the F-Count value is 4.840 while FTable with degrees of freedom 1 (df1) and degrees of freedom 2 (df2) and a significance of 0.05 obtained FTable value of 4.20. FCount > FTable (4,840 > 4,20) Conclusions.There is a significant difference between the drill and play training method groups on badminton skills on high and low achievement motivation.

The purpose of the study. This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of paired bottom passing exercises and bottom passing exercises reflected against the wall on the level of lower passing ability of MTSs YPPU Karimunting men's volleyball extracurricular participants, Bengkayang Regency. Materials and methods. The design of this study is a two group pretest-post test design. The sample of this study was students participating in extracurricular men's volleyball MTSs YPPU Karimunting with a total of 30 students. The instrument used in this study was the bottom passing ability test. Data analysis techniques use t-tests through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. Results. The results showed: (1) There was a significant effect of paired bottom passing training on the level of lower passing ability of MTSs YPPU Karimunting men's volleyball extracurricular participants, it can be seen that t count is 2.131 > t table (1.746), while p value (0.000) < 0.05. (2) There is a significant effect of lower passing training reflected against the wall on the level of lower passing ability of MTSs YPPU Karimunting men's volleyball extracurricular participants, it can be seen that the results of the t test obtained t count of 2.160 > t table (1.771), while the p value (0.000) < 0.05. Conclusions. These results mean that there is a significant effect of pair-bottom passing training on the level of lower passing ability of men's volleyball extracurricular participants at MTSs YPPU Karimunting, Sungai Raya Kepulauan sub-district, Bengkayang district.

The purpose of the study. Development of batting equipment adapted to the developmental characteristics of children in elementary schools and portable baseball perch poles, which can be used on dirt and concrete courts. Materials and methods. This study uses qualitative and quantitative research using research and development procedures (Research and Development). a) Needs analysis; (b) Model development planning; (c) Expert validation from media experts and material experts, (d) Small group trials and revisions, and (e) Field trials and revisions. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data collection was adjusted to the model stages. The data collection stages were carried out in the early stages, expert tests, limited tests were carried out on small groups of 30 subjects, and field tests (field testing) of 60 subjects from two different elementary schools. In this study a closed form questionnaire was used containing questions accompanied by available answer choices so that students only need to mark the selected answer. The data obtained are grouped into frequency distributions, then the average percentage of group data is sought. Results. The research results from the first material expert validation test obtained an average of 81.94%, and the second material expert obtained 87.5% in the Very Eligible category. The small group test results obtained 90% with very good criteria, and the large group test results obtained 93% with very decent categories. Conclusions. The use of batting media that has been adapted to reduce weight, and the development of perch poles makes movement activities in small ball games more effective and efficient.

The purpose of the study. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of reaction light trainingand shuttle run on footwork agility in PB badminton participants Pelangi Pontianak City. Materials and methods. This study uses this type of experimental research. Inthis study there were two groups of experiments that were deliberately given treatment. Results. The purpose of the study. Mastery of fundamental techniques in hockey is essential for players. Mastery enables player cooperation to achieve the game's objective. Key techniques include dribbling and pushing the ball, applicable in both indoor and field hockey. These techniques are vital for effective gameplay. In indoor hockey, only dribbling techniques are permitted according to regulations. Practice enhances dribbling skills, requiring repetitive training. This study aims to compare indoor and field hockey training effectiveness on dribbling mastery. Materials and methods. An experimental method was employed, utilizing 24 athletes from Sambas Hockey Club, divided into two groups. Results. The results indicate a significant improvement in dribbling technique mastery in the indoor training group. Conclusions. The research concludes that indoor hockey training significantly enhances basic dribbling technique mastery compared to field hockey training.
