Abstract

This study aims to determine technically the implementation of watermelon farming, economically regarding the costs, revenues, and profits of watermelon farming during one production process. This thesis research was carried out in Telaga Village, Pelaihari District,Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Production obtained from watermelon farming in Telaga Village is an average of 12,942.57 kg/farmer or 11.30 tons/farmer. The average total revenue is Rp. 15,531,084,00/farmer. Average income is Rp. 9,564,436.92/farmer..The average profit is Rp. 7,754,562.80/farmer

Abstract

Hulu Sungai Tengah District has Wetlands in the Form of a Swamp of Shallow Valleys,Mid Valley and the Valleys in Total Area of 16-20 Thousand Hectares. The Potential Swamp Area in the Study Area Reached 21.318 Hectares With Details of the Shallow  Swamp Typology of 4.227 Hectares , a Rare Fall of 15.934 Hectares and 1.157 Ha of Rain Fed. The implementation of This Study Includes Reference Studies, Field Activities,Laboratory Analysis and Data Processing,Map Making and Report Preparation. The Most Extensive Potential of Land in The Northern Sub District of 10.875 Ha With the Middle Rare Typology.Based on the Typology of the Study Area,it Consists of Potential Land Area of 14.685 Ha and Peatland Area of 6.633 Ha.The Results of The Overall Evaluation of Land From 21.318 Ha Were Planted For Plantations of 12.557 Ha and 4.461 Ha For Conservation and 4.300 Ha of Enclaves.Land Suitability Distribution From 12.557 Ha if Reduced Area of 5.005 Ha Wide Area Effective 7.550 Ha.The Public”s Views on Plantations Are Still Diverse,Some of Which View Positively 15.55 %,Negative 21.6 % and Neutral 63.34 %. A Positive View Means the Respondent agrees to the Existence of a Plantation Because it is Considered to Provide Hope of Getting Employment Opportunities or Income that Can Provide a Better Guaranteee Than The Present Situation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the cultivation and cost, income of rubber farmers. The study used a survey method with participatory observation techniques. In its implementation, this activity is for analysis purposes including primary data collection and secondary data. Rubber sap farming income in Babayau Village is currently a fairly serious problem because the income earned by farmers is constantly changing due to various factors, one of which is weather and market conditions.  The sampling technique in this study was the purposive sampling method. Rubber farming activities in Babayau Village, Paringin District, Balangan Regency have technically been running effectively and efficiently from the stages of land clearing, planting, fertilizing, maintaining, and tapping processes. The total production is 73,221 kg for Rp. 7,000, - / kg. The average production is 2,929 / kg perpetual with average revenue of Rp. 20,501,880, per farmer. With an average income of  Rp. 20,501,880 per farmer and an average explicit cost of Rp. 267,675.0 per farmer, the average income is Rp. 20,234,205,04, -per farmer

Abstract

Komoditas pisang di Desa Sungai Batang Kecamatan Maartapura Barat Kabupaten Banjar cukup banyak ditanam di lahan-lahan oleh petani. Tanaman pisang di wilayah ini ditanam pada galangan-galangan sawah. Hasil produksi pisang di Desa Sungai Batang ini umumnya dijual masyarakat dalam bentuk tandan buah pisang, tanpa melalui penambahan nilai. Pisang nugget adalah cemilan yang terbuat dari pisang dengan campuran tepung terigu dan juga susu. Kelompok mitra yang menjadi sasaran pengabdian ini adalah Kelompok Tani di Desa Sungai Batang. Kelompok Tani di daerah ini merupakan kelompok tani memiliki potensi ketersediaan buah pisang yang cukup banyak. Komoditas pisang yang dibudidayakan di Kelompok Tani di Desa Sungai Batang ditanam di sepanjang galangan yang tempat budidaya lahan padi. Selama ini semua anggota Kelompok Tani di Desa Sungai Batang hanya memanfaatkan hasil tanaman pisang berupa buah pisangnya untuk langsung dijual tanpa melalui pengolahan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Kelompok Tani di Desa Sungai Batang Kecamatan Martapura Barat Kabupaten Banjar pada tanggal 31 Oktober sampai 2 November 2025. Metode yang dipakai pada kegiatan pengabdian ini yakni Metode Community Based Participatory Action Research (CBPAR). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa 100% anggota Kelompok Tani di Desa Sungai Batang dapat mempraktikan sendiri pembuatan nugget pisang

Tanaman labu kuning atau waluh (Cucurbita moschata Durch) merupakan salah satu bahan pangan alternatif, tujuan penyuluhan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat Desa Sungai Batang terhadap manfaat tanaman dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat dalam membuat makanan yang berasal dari tanaman lokal yaitu tanaman waluh, metode yang digunakan dengan metode partisipasi aktif, masyarakat Desa Sungai Batang banyak menghasilkan buah waluh yang di produksi menjadi paes waluh secara tradisional

Abstract

In fruit vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes and long beans, mice often eat fruit that is still young or even ready to be harvested, thereby destroying the selling value. The aim of this outreach is to provide education to the public regarding the losses from rat pest attacks. provide how to handle it and provide examples of the use of medicines, the method used is face to face contact with farmers. The results obtained are that farmers understand the dangers of rat pest attacks on vegetable crops

Abstract

Implementation of community service is carried out through outreach activities to community groups in Sungai Bakar Village using direct participation techniques, by providing guidance on how to make breadfruit chips, the materials and tools used and where the processed breadfruit chips can be marketed. Provides an understanding of the calculation of costs, receipts and income from the breadfruit chips business.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Sungai Besar Village, Karang Intan District, Banjar Regency with the aim of planning the creation of a shrimp cracker home industry in Sungai Besar Village and providing knowledge about how to make shrimp crackers, by carrying out outreach activities involving members of the Sungai Besar Village community. The service method is provided by means of lectures, questions and answers and simulations. Making Shrimp Crackers is divided into two stages, namely the first part with an introduction to making prawn crackers and the second part regarding the recipe for making prawn crackers
