Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the revenue,the explicit cost,income andcontribution of workers in family to total income farming onion . This research was conducted in januari to maret 2017 at Kelurahan Landasan Ulin Utara Banjarbaru. The puposive sampling metode used was by observing 30 farmers in syamsudin Noor who planted land 1-3 ha. The Average result of the revenue is Rp. 17.250.000 / farmer, the average explicit cost is Rp. 5.761.131/farmer, and the average income is 11.488.869, / farmer, and contribution workers in family 18 % greather than workers out family 1,31 % .Because majority of workers used are from the familyto the farmers it self, this affects a lot on the income of onion farming revenue.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the revenue,the eksplicit cost ,income and prodictivity  of  padi mayang variety farming. This research was conducted in Februari –April 2020 at village Malintang Lama, , Banjar regency.    The simple random sampling methode used was by observing 28  farmers in  village Malintang Lama who planted padi. The Average result of the revenue is Rp16.537.500,00/farmer., the average Eksplicit cost is  Rp. 6.629.455,35/farmer, and Average income Rp. 9.908.044,647/farmer .and Productivity 2,6 Ton/Ha   From  this result of development of farming padi mayang variety we believe that it has good prospect and revenue, of the average income ,tecnicall and economically.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  Teknis budidaya padi lahan kering,biaya  ,penerimaan  keuntungan,dan produktivitas modal. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan  Nopember sampai dengan Januari 2023 di desa sungai pinang kecamatan Sungai pinang Kabupaten Banjar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yakni 35 orang petani yang menanam padi vaietas Duyung di desa sungai pinang. Jumlah dari total penerimaan adalah Rp 5.050.640,00,/petani, Rp.4.106.202,09 /Ha dengan  rata-rata biaya total adalah Rp. 2.430.632,76/petani atau Rp.1.976.124,20/Ha,  dan Rata-rata Keuntungan  Rp.2.620.007,24 atau  Rp 2.130.077,89/Ha,  dengan  Produktivitas modal 10,93 %. Sehingga Budidaya Padi lahan kering varitas Duyung dikatakan layak atau efisien untuk dibudidayakan. Sesuai dengan kriteria efisiensi ekonomi yang diperoleh yaitu produktivitas modal lebih besar dari bunga kredit Usaha Rakyat Yang berlaku (6%). Setelah meninjau hasil penelitian usahatani ini melihat keuntungan,pembiyaan,dan permodalan maka dapat dikatakan masih produktif
