While data analysis using quantitative methods with the analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of the marketing mix ie place and physical evidence (infrastructure) affect tourist satisfaction. The implication is that it is necessary to reform the place and physical evidence (infrastructure) in the tourist area. This is a recommendation to stakeholders in the efforts of strategies used in post-disaster recovery.

Abstract

Distribution transformers are a necessity to ensure a reliable power supply to consumers and their inability to function properly or even breakdown should be avoided due to the high cost of replacing them. Distribution transformers are large in numbers and randomly distributed in cities and there is a need to accurately monitor their daily/hourly performance. To achieve this, real-time monitoring of the transformer’s health status is proposed rather than the use of the traditional approach involving physical inspection and testing which is slow, tedious and time-consuming. This paper presents a cloud-based monitoring scheme applied to a prototype distribution transformer. A 10kVA, 0.415 kV prototype distribution transformer has been acquired and connected to three residences for data acquisition. A data acquisition system has been developed to monitor and record the parameters of the prototype transformer for 14 days. The parameters, monitored in real-time include load current, phase voltage, transformer oil level, ambient temperature and oil temperature. The acquired real-time data of the transformer is validated with the standard measuring instrument. An algorithm was developed to transmit and log the data to ThinkSpeak cloud server via node MCU (ESP 8266). Results obtained in this study, which can be visualized via the graphical user interface of ThinkSpeak, indicate that the proposed scheme can acquire vital data from the distribution transformers and transmit the information to the monitoring centre.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company's commitment to implementing business practices that are not only profit-oriented but also social and environmental aspects. This study aims to analyze the role of CSR in improving the quality of social life in the community and its contribution to environmental sustainability. In addition, this study also highlights how the implementation of CSR can influence national political dynamics, both through improving the company's image in the public eye and through pressure on policymakers to be more responsive to sustainability issues. Well-integrated CSR can create harmonious relationships between companies, communities, and governments. The implementation of CSR that focuses on education, health, local economic empowerment, and environmental preservation has been proven to improve social welfare and minimize the negative impacts of industrial activities on the environment. On the other hand, CSR activities also have political potential because they can shape public opinion, influence policy direction, and even be used as a tool for corporate diplomacy. Thus, CSR is not only an ethical instrument in the business world but also has a strategic impact on the social and political order at the national level. This study recommends a more holistic and sustainable CSR approach so that its benefits can be widely felt by all stakeholders.

Abstract

The oil palm plantation revitalization program in Indonesia is a response to the various structural, social, and environmental challenges faced by this sector. The dynamics of the program's implementation reflect the efforts of the government and stakeholders in creating a plantation system that is more equitable, sustainable, and beneficial to the community, especially smallholders. Through the policy of replanting smallholder oil palm (PSR), improving governance, and providing technical and financial support, revitalization is expected to increase productivity, improve the distribution of economic benefits, and reduce ecological impacts. However, various obstacles, such as overlapping regulations, gaps in access, and weak supervision are still real challenges in this renewal process. This paper explores these dynamics by highlighting the roles of key actors, implementation mechanisms, and potential solutions to achieve revitalization goals inclusively and equitably.

Abstract

To be able to answer how the construction of the implementation of the halal product guarantee system should be (das sollen) as the aim of regulating halal certification which adheres to the mandatory principle and is in line with the rule of law which prioritizes the principles of justice, benefit and legal order, it is necessary to harmonize the Law on Halal Product Assurance and the regulations implementation and maintain the consistency of the application of norms. In this paper, the author will present an ideal construction idea so that legal certainty in the implementation of halal product guarantees can be realized as the goal of the Halal Product Guarantee Law by applying Aristotle's rule of law theory (grand theory), which is supported by the theory of authority and the theory of responsibility (middle range). theory) and the theory of legal certainty (applied theory). From the application of the theoretical study, several weaknesses were identified in the substance of the norms of sanctions in the Halal Product Guarantee Law which have the potential to hinder legal certainty for halal product guarantees. Setting norms for sanctions against business actors who violate the provisions of Article 4 of the Law on Halal Product Guarantee must be stated explicitly in the provisions of the Law on Halal Product Guarantee. Drugs, biological products, and medical devices that do not comply with halal requirements and are subject to stages of halal certification obligations until October 17, 2039 can still be circulated with the obligation to include non-halal information, so that the public gets clear information on the halalness of a product by emphasizing product responsibility. business actors (product liability). In the field of supervision,
