Abstract

This study is qualitative research that aims to analyze the policy of distance learning in the perspective of parents in madrasah ibtidaiyah. The data was collected with in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis using interactive analysis models put forward by Miles and Hubermen. The results showed that parents' perception of the application of distance learning policy in madrasah ibtidaiyah can be said to be different. Some say agree, some disagree, and others disagree. Those who agree say that distance learning is effective, while those who disagree state that distance learning is less effective, not even effective to do.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi guru dan siswa terhadap penerapan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh di 3 madrasah ibtidaiyah. Data dikumpulkan dengan interview mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang dikemukakan oles Miles dan Hubermen. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap penerapan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh di madrasah ibtidaiyah berbeda-beda. Ada yang mengatakan bahwa kebijakan ini merupakan pilihan yang tepat; Ada yang mengatakan bahwa mau tidak mau kita harus mengikuti kebijakan Pemerintah; Ada yang mengatakan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh ini sulit, dan lebih mudah tatap muka; Ada yang berpandangan bahwa setiap kebijakan pasti ada tujuannya, akan tetapi harus dilihat dari kondisi daerah masing-masing, jangan disamaratakan sehingga tidak merugikan semua pihak, dan; yang terakhir mengatakan ketidaksetujuannya atas penerapan kebijakan pembelajaran jarak jauh ini. Adapun, dalam hal efektif atau tidaknya pembelajaran jarak jauh ini, guru-guru di madrasah ibtidaiyah merasa bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh ini kurang efektif, bahkan tidak efektif untuk dilakukan. Pasalnya, banyak keluhan-keluhan yang disampaikan orang tua murid kepada guru. Keluhan-keluhan tersebut merupakan faktor penghambat yang muncul akibat diberlakukannya pembelajaran jarak jauh. Sementara itu, persepsi siswa juga menunjukkan perbedaan. Ada yang setuju, ada pula yang tidak. Yang setuju berpandangan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh ini cukup efektif. Sedang yang tidak, berpandangan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh ini tidak efektif bahkan sangat tidak efektif untuk dilakukan

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a qualitative research that aims to analyze the perceptions of school principals, teachers, and students of public junior high schools in Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency regarding the implementation of the zoning system. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model proposed by Miles and Huberman. The results show that the perceptions of school principals, teachers, and students of public junior high schools in the Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency, regarding the implementation of the zoning system differ. There are those who see it from a positive perspective, there are also negative ones. There are those who agree with the implementation of this system, some are not. There are those who feel benefited, but there are also views that are disadvantaged. But whatever it is, in a policy it is natural if there are pros and cons. For this reason, it is necessary to have an in-depth understanding and continuous outreach by various parties regarding this policy.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research that analyzes the understanding and readiness of the teachers of MIS Pandanarum Tirto Pekalongan in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. Data was collected by in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis used an interactive analysis model which was presented by Miles and Hubermen. The results showed that the teachers of MIS Pandanarum Tirto Pekalongan did not have a sufficient understanding of the 2013 curriculum. This was seen in the teachers's lack of understanding of the 2013 curriculum definition, the principles of developing the 2013 curriculum, and the aspects that became the basis of the 2013 curriculum. However, they knew that there was a difference between the 2013 curriculum and the previous curriculum. The difference was in the time allocation that increased, and the thematic learning approach that they used. Meanwhile, the readiness for the implementation of the 2013 curriculum showed that there was no mature readiness from teachers in dealing with and implementing the 2013 curriculum that was refined and re-applied by the Government in the 2017/2018 school year. Thus, it was evident that the problem of teachers’s readiness was one of the crucial things in implementing the 2013 curriculum.
