Abstract

This study aims to see the growth and yield of hybrid red chili with various varieties and the dose of NPK Mutiara fertilizer and to see the interaction between hybrid red chili varieties and the dose of NPK Mutiara fertilizer. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors, namely the red chili variety factor (V) which consisted of 3 types: V1 = Kastilo F1, V2 = Laju F1, and V3 = Lado F1. The combination factor of NPK fertilizer (P) consisted of 3 levels: P1 = 19 g/plant, P2 = 23 g/plant, and P3 = 28 g/plant. Parameters observed included flowering age (Days), stem diameter (cm), number of chilies per plant (fruit), chili length (cm), chili diameter (cm), fresh chili weight per plant (gr), and fresh fruit weight. per plot (gr). The results showed that hybrid red chili varieties had a significant effect on the parameters of the number of chilies per plant, the weight of fresh chilies per plant, and the weight of fresh chilies per plot. The best results were obtained in the V2 treatment (F1 Laju). The dose of NPK Mutiara had a significant effect on the parameters of flowering age and chili length. The best results were obtained in the P3 treatment (28 g/plant). The interaction of hybrid red chili varieties with NPK Mutiara fertilizer had a significant effect on chili length parameters and the number of chili peppers per plant. However, it had no significant effect on flowering age, stem diameter, chili diameter, fresh chili weight per plant, and fresh chili weight per plot. The best interaction was found in the V2P3 treatment (F1 rate + 28 g/plant).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu penyiangan gulma dan pemberian konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) Azolla terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Samudra dari Maret hingga Mei 2025. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dua faktor: waktu penyiangan (G1: 7 HST, G2: 14 HST, G3: 21 HST) dan konsentrasi POC Azolla (K0: 0 ml/L, K1: 80 ml/L, K2: 120 ml/L, K3: 160 ml/L). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu penyiangan berpengaruh nyata terhadap beberapa parameter pertumbuhan, terutama pada tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, dan jumlah cabang produktif. Perlakuan G1 dan G2 menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan G3. Konsentrasi POC Azolla tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik, namun secara visual perlakuan K2 cenderung memberikan hasil lebih tinggi. Tidak terdapat interaksi signifikan antara kedua faktor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai jenis mulsa terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kembang kol varietas PM 126 F1. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas berbagai mulsa dibandingkan MPHP terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kembang kol varietas PM 126 F1. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Samudra Kota Langsa Provinsi Aceh dengan ketinggian ± 10 meter di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai Maret 2022. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) non faktorial. Faktor yang diamati adalah beberapa jenis mulsa yang terdiri dari 13 mulsa dengan 1 buah kembang kol varietas PM 126 F1 yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot brangkasan tanaman, diameter bunga, bobot tanaman bunga dan produksi per hektar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jenis mulsa berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman umur 20 HST, jumlah daun umur 20 HST dan berat tanaman brangkasan basah saat panen. Namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter diameter bunga dan bobot bunga tanaman serta produksi per hektar pada saat panen. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan M6 (tandan kelapa sawit kosong), M1 (MPHP), namun sama baiknya dengan perlakuan M10 (bata pecah) dan M11 (kain bekas). Untuk budidaya tanaman kembang kol disarankan menggunakan mulsa tandan kosong kelapa sawit, MPHP, pecahan batu bata atau kain bekas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aplikasi pupuk hayati petrobio pada jarak tanam yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang. Serta mengetahui interaksi keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kota Lintang, Kecamatan Kota Kuala Simpang, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan November 2022 dan berakhir pada bulan Januari 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, faktor pertama pemberian pupuk hayati petrobio (P) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu: P 0 = kontrol / tanpa pupuk hayati petrobio, P 1 = 40 kg/ha (4,32 gr/petak), P 2 = 60 kg/ha (6,48 gr/petak) dan P 3= 80 kg/ha (8,64 kg/petak). Faktor kedua jarak tanam (J) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: J 1 = 30 x 40 cm, J 2 = 30 x 50 cm, dan J 3 = 30 x 60 cm. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu Tinggi tanaman (umur 7, 14, 21 dan 28 HST), Rata-rata Panjang Buah, Rata-rata jumlah buah per sampel, rata-rata produksi buah per sampel, rata-rata jumlah buah per petak dan rata-rata produksi buah per petak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of several varieties and the number of seeds on the growth and production of paddy rice with the Hazton method, and to determine the interaction between the number of seeds and varieties of paddy rice on the Hazton method. This research was conducted in the rice fields of Alue Merbau Village, East Langsa District, Langsa City, when the research was carried out in early July to October 2021. This study used a factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors, namely: factor in the type of rice variety (V) which consists of 3 types, namely: V1= Ciherang, V2= Inpari 32, V3 = Inpari 45. The factor of the number of seedlings (J) consists of 3 levels, namely: J1 = 20 seedlings, J2 = 30 seedlings, J3 = 40 seedlings. The parameters observed include: plant height, number of saplings, age of panicle exit, number of productive saplings, panicle length, harvest age, amount of grain, percentage of grain filled and empty, weight of 1,000 grains of grain, and grain production per clump.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman gambas (luffa acutangula) terhadap pemberian pupuk npk pada jarak tanam yang berbeda. Serta mengetahui interaksi antara keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman gambas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kota Kuala Simpang, Kecamatan Kota Kuala Simpang, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan November 2022 dan berakhir pada bulan Februari 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, faktor pertama pemberian pupuk npk (P) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu:, P1 = 75 kg/ha (13,5 gr / plot), P2 = 100 kg/ha (18 gr / plot) dan P3 = 125 kg / ha (22,5 kg / plot). Faktor kedua jarak tanam (J) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: J1 = 30 x 40 cm, J2 = 40 x 50 cm, dan J3 = 50 x 60 cm. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu tinggi tanaman (umur 14, 21, 28 dan 35 HST), panjang buah, jumlah buah per plot, bobot buah per sampel, bobot buah per plot.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of vermicompost fertilizer and tuber cutting and the interaction of the two treatments on growth and production on the growth and production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.)". The research has been carried out in Sidorejo Village, Langsa Lama District, Langsa City, from October to December 2022. This study used a factorial pattern Group Randomized Design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors, namely vermicompost fertilizer (K) which consisted of 4 levels, namely: K 0: Control, K 1 : 2 kg / plot, K 2 : 4.1 kg / plot, K4 : 6.1 kg / plot. The cutting factor of tubers (U) consists of 3 levels, namely, U0 : No Cutting, U 1 : Cutting 1/4, U2 : Cutting 1/3. The parameters observed in this study include: plant height (cm) and number of leaves (strands) aged 15, 30 and 45 HST, number of tubers per sample (cloves), weight of fresh plant tubers per sample and per plot (g), weight of dried plant tubers per sample and per plot (g) at the age of 60 HST

Abstract

Langsa City is one of the areas that has a fairly large expanse of land for agricultural activities for wetland farming. In addition to the leading plantation commodities, the Aceh Province Agriculture and Plantation Service has scheduled to develop tobacco as one of the leading commodities in Langsa City. Tobacco commodity is a new superior commodity developed in Langsa City starting from 2021 in Pondok Kemuning Village, and 2023 in Buket Meutuah Village, East Langsa District. The productivity and quality of the tobacco are still not optimal, because information on the quality and characteristics of the land for the tobacco development plan in Langsa City is still not known for certain. This study uses a survey method with descriptive analysis based on field observations and laboratory analysis. The process of determining land suitability is carried out using spatial operations by utilizing GIS applications. Based on the physical and chemical analysis of the soil at the sample points and the results of the interpretation of remote sensing data, it was found that the actual land suitability results for tobacco plants in the rice fields of Langsa City in SLH 1 and SLH 2 are Class S3-wa, nr, na with each SLH 1 being 951 Ha (90.65%) and SLH 2 with an area of 98 Ha (9.35%). The results of potential land suitability after efforts to improve the limiting factors in SLH 1 and SLH 2 are class S2-wa orup one level from the actual land suitability class.Keywords: Evaluation, Land, Tobacco, Paddy Fields, GIS

Abstract

Tomatoes are plants with a short life cycle, can grow as high as 1 to 2 meters. This plant has green, yellow and red fruits that are usually used as vegetables in cooking or eaten directly without being processed. Tomatoes have stems and leaves that cannot be consumed because they are still in the same family as potatoes and eggplants that contain alkaloids. The problems that arise today are unsuitable climate conditions and less supportive soil conditions. This is because cultivating tomatoes with soil temperatures that are too high can cause excessive evaporation so that the percentage of groundwater loss increases. This will have an impact on the inhibition of the nutrient absorption process. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to provide mulch and provide biological fertilizers. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of mulch type and arbuscular mycorrhiza dosage on the growth and yield of tomato plants. This research was carried out in Langsa City using a factorial group random design (RAK), namely the Mulch Type Factor with the notation (M) consisting of 4 levels, namely control, silver black plastic mulch, sugarcane bagasse mulch, rock mulch and Arbuscular Mycorrhiza dosage factor with the notation (F) consists of 4 levels, namely control, 5 gr/plant, 10 gr/plant, 15 gr/plant. The results of the research showed that the influence of the type of mulch had a significant effect on plant height, fruit weight and average fruit weight per plant as well as an interaction between the type of mulch and the dose of plant height and weight per fruit.Keywords: tomato plants, type of mulch, arbuscular mycorrhiza
