Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes to all sectors, including the education sector. The policy of learning from home in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic has been carried out by schools in Indonesia. This policy is based on the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Covid-19. One of the contents of the SE is to provide an appeal to learn from home through online learning or distance learning. Like other schools, during this pandemic, SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak is required to be able to organize distance learning that is good, easy to understand and not boring. Judging from the conditions in the field, there are still many teachers who have limitations in terms of access and use of existing technology. Because the material distributed in the form of presentation files and e-books requires a deeper explanation, learning videos are seen as the right solution. The effect of using video media in learning is very high because the more often teachers use learning videos, the stronger/higher the impact on student learning outcomes will be. Learning video training at SMP N 2 Karanganyar utilizes the Camtasia application which functions to record and edit recordings. Teachers are required to make learning videos according to the subjects they teach.

Abstract

Craft bags in the village of Gulang has become a superior product of the village whose existence is able to lift the economy of the Gulang village community itself. There are at least 20 bag craftsmen in Gulang Village. One of them is Valya Bag’s bag craftsman who has been managed by Mr. Sutarno since 2008. So far, bag craftsmen in Gulang village including Valya Bag’s in producing bag crafts based on orders, entrepreneurs do not make products for stock. The product marketing system is also still manual, it still relies on communication media for direct interaction with consumers and is still centered on the location of certain places such as coming directly to the place of craftsman or when there is an exhibition. This kind of marketing model makes it difficult for potential buyers to access various information needs about the product, information about the latest prices due to limited promotional media. The bag craftsmen hope to expand the marketing area and add customers in order to increase the company's turnover and sustainable production. The purpose of community service is to help entrepreneurs in expanding marketing difficulties. Especially with e-marketing techniques as a means to optimize product marketing. In addition, this dedication team will provide training and assistance for managing e-marketing websites and make interesting product photos to support the website's appearance.

Abstract

Desa memiliki peranan penting dalam menunjang tersedianya segala keperluan warga. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh desa adalah memberikan informasi terbaru mengenai kegiatan desa kepada warga. Penyampaian informasi dilakukan melalui papan pengumuman di depan balai desa, surat menyurat atau menggunakan suara speaker dari balai desa. Informasi yang diberikan diantaranya pengobatan gratis, pembagian raskin, info panen dan kegiatan lain yang ada di desa. Kendala yang muncul dalam kegiatan memberikan informasi kepada warga adalah informasi yang ditempel di papan pengumuman tidak diketahui oleh semua warga, sedangkan pemberitahuan melalui surat menyurat kepada warga dirasa kurang efektif dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama, banyaknya jumlah warga dan banyaknya informasi yang harus diberikan menyebabkan pihak petugas desa kewalahan dalam memberikan informasi kepada warga. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka perlu diadakan pelatihan teknologi informasi berbasis online untuk mendukung distribusi informasi dan sarana aduan masyarakat di desa.

Abstract

UMKM need to increase their productivity through technology upgrades, so that the production process becomes more effective and efficient. This community service partner is UMKM printing "Giga" with the aim of this service activity is to increase partner productivity through the application of technology, namely upgrading one of the products, namely wood stamps into flash stamps. The problems faced by partners are the low management of business management and the unpreparedness of resources in facing technological changes so that businesses are managed conventionally and traditionally. The method of this service activity is to use technology guidance, training on making flash samples and mentoring business management. The output of this activity is sample flash products, increased income, as well as national seminars and publications through scientific articles in the form of dedication proceedings or journals.

Abstract

UMKM need to increase their productivity through technological improvements, so that the production process becomes more effective and efficient. Service partners are UMKM engaged in the food and beverage sector in Kudus Regency, namely Catering Bu Yati. The problem faced is the low management of the business and the unpreparedness of resources in the face of technological change so that the business is managed conventionally and traditionally. This service method uses technological guidance, application training and business management assistance. The output of this activity is the use of neat applications, increased income, as well as national seminars and publications through scientific articles in the form of proceedings or service journals.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support digital transformation in rural areas through the establishment of a digital library as an initial step toward realizing a smart village. The program targets village officials, youth organizations, students, and the general public who have limited access to digital literacy resources. The implementation method adopts a collaborative and participatory approach, consisting of community needs assessment, joint program planning, installation of a web-based library system, content management training, and follow-up mentoring. The results show an increase in the community’s ability to access digital information, the formation of the Nganguk Digital Literacy Community as library managers, and a growing culture of reading among residents. This program demonstrates that the adoption of information technology at the village level can serve as a catalyst for inclusive and sustainable social transformation, driven by collaboration and a shared spirit of learning. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung transformasi digital desa melalui pembangunan perpustakaan digital sebagai langkah awal menuju desa cerdas (smart village). Sasaran kegiatan mencakup perangkat desa, pemuda Karang Taruna, pelajar, dan masyarakat umum yang masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam literasi digital. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pendekatan kolaboratif partisipatif melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, perencanaan program bersama, instalasi sistem perpustakaan berbasis web, pelatihan pengelolaan konten, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan lanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi digital, terbentuknya Komunitas Literasi Digital Nganguk sebagai pengelola perpustakaan digital, serta meningkatnya minat baca dan kolaborasi warga dalam menjaga keberlanjutan layanan literasi desa. Program ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan teknologi informasi di tingkat desa dapat menjadi katalisator perubahan sosial yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan melalui semangat gotong royong dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal.
