Abstract

Abstract: Contribution Perception Organizational Culture to Work Engagement PNS Mapolda.. The research design used correlational study. The population of this study was all civil servant in Mapolda West Sumatera. The sample was 45 people which was chosen by Purposive Sampling. This study used scale of perception organizational culture and work engagement and used simple linier regression analysis.There was a positif significant contribution between perception organizational culture to work engagement of civil servant at Mapolda West Sumatera with (r) 0,377, p = 0,011 (p < 0,05). Ha proposed was accepted. This research show that influence of perception of organizational culture toward work engagement with R Square equal to 14,2%.Keywords: Perception, organizational culture, work engagement, civil servantAbstrak: Kontribusi persepsi budaya organisasi terhadap work engagement pada PNS Mapolda Sumatera Barat. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh PNS yang bekerja di Mapolda Sumbar. Sampel sebanyak 45 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala persepsi budaya organisasi dan skala work engagement. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapat kontribusi positif yang signifikan antara persepsi budaya organisasi terhadap work engagement pada PNS di Mapolda Sumbar dengan (r) 0,377 dan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,01). Sehingga Ha yang diajukan diterima. Kontribusi persepsi budaya organisasi terhadap work engagement R Square sebesar 14,2%.Kata kunci: Persepsi, budaya organisasi, work engagement, PNS
