Abstract

Absrak : Pengaruh pelatihan pengenalan diri terhadap peningkatan self-esteem  remaja di panti asuhan sayyidah adawiyyah kota padang. Banyak permasalahan yang ada di panti asuhan yaitu rendahnya self-esteem remaja di panti asuhan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan self-esteem remaja Panti Asuhan dengan memberikan pelatihan pengenalan diri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksperimen. Penelitian eksperimen yang dipilih untuk digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu quasi experiment dengan jenis yang dimaksud yaitu the nonrandomized pretest postest group desaign. Subjek merupakan remaja Panti Asuhan Sayyidah Adawiyyah Kota Padang. Alat ukur yang digunakan skala Rosenberg Self-Esteem dan menggunakan modul yang telah divalidasi oleh tenaga professional. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah anava mixed design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari kerangka hipotesis yang ditemukan bahwa terdapat kenaikan skor rata-rata kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Sehingga Ha diterima dapat disimpulkan pelatihan pengenalan diri berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan self-esteem remaja Panti Asuhan Sayyidah Adawiyyah Kota Padang Abstract : The effect of self-esteem training towards increasing adolescent self-esteem at sayyidah adawiyyah orphanage, padang city. One of the needs that must be met is the need for appreciation, namely self-esteem. There are many problems that exist in the orphanage, namely the low self-esteem of adolescents in the orphanage. The purpose of this study is to increase the self-esteem of the orphanage youth by providing self-introduction training. The type of research used is experimental quantitative. The experimental research chosen to be used in this study is a quasi-experimental study with the type in question, namely the nonrandomized pretest posttest group design. The subject is a teenager from the Sayyidah Adawiyyah Orphanage, Padang City. The measuring instrument used is the Rosenberg Self-Esteem scale and uses a module that has been validated by professionals. The data analysis technique used is ANOVA mixed design. This proves that there was an increase in adolescent self-esteem before being given treatment (pretest) and after being given treatment (posttest).

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has left problems in various sectors, especially the education. Currently schools have started to open, meaning that life is back to normal where students return to learning in class with health protocols. During the transition from online learning to face-to-face learning, it becomes a difficult time for students because for almost 2 years students who have not studied online optimally tend to experience what is called learning loss, namely a condition of decline in the learning process or falling behind in learning. Students must catch up with the setbacks in the learning process due to the limitations of online learning. The way that can be done to deal with learning loss is to teach students effective learning strategies. One of the learning strategies such as quantum learning is effective in improving student learning outcomes. The activity offered is quantum learning training for students who experience learning loss due to the covid 19 pandemic. The training activity was carried out on December 1, 2021 in the hall of SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman. A pretest and posttest were given to 20 students. The results of the pretest and posttest showed Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 which is less than the critical research limit of 0.05 (p < 0.05) which means that there is an effect of quantum learning training to overcome student learning loss after the covid 19 pandemic. This training was smooth and able to provide knowledge to students in overcoming learning loss and have motivation to learn.
