Abstract

The Corona virus pandemic is not just a health disaster, the virus known as Covid-19 has caused chaos in the economic sector. Not only large industries, the Corona virus pandemic has made MSME players in Indonesia nervous. The existence of MSMEs, whose role has contributed significantly to the economic rate, has not been affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. Pekalongan Coastal Batik as one of Pekalongan's written batik MSMEs has also felt the impact of this Covid-19. This research was conducted to find out how the survival strategy carried out by Batik Pesisir Pekalongan can still exist and survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. From the results of this study, it can be seen that in running its business, "Batik Pesisir Pekalongan" uses various strategies in dealing with the competition in the batik industry amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The competitive strategy is taken by differentiating products every week, innovation and creativity, implementing friendly and excellent service to consumers, while in the promotion strategy "Batik Pesisir Pekalongan" uses several promotional mixes such as advertising, sales promotion, public relations. (public relations) and publications, direct marketing (direct marketing), personal selling and also internet marketing such as the use of social media and shorby (business links).

Abstract

This community service activity aims to grow the economy of the people of Pasir Village through developing the village's creative economy by increasing the value of corn which is the main commodity of Pasir Village into processed products that are more valuable, namely corn tortilla chips which can be marketed to various regions in Indonesia and even abroad. The method used is to conduct training on tortilla production and business managerial processes starting from operations, marketing, financial management as well as monitoring and business assistance. The results achieved from this service activity are the formation of assisted business groups that have been able to independently produce corn tortilla chips which are marketed offline and online through social media and marketplaces. This service activity is expected to be able to develop this corn tortilla product to become a superior product of Pasir Village which has a higher economic value than ordinary corn products and has an effect on creative economic growth and an increase in the income of the people of Pasir Village in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah dan murabahah terhadap Return n Assets pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia periode 2016-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 32 sampel data laporan keuangan triwulanan pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah dan murabahah triwulan 2016-2023 di Bank Muamalat. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data dokumen, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pentingnya mengelola risiko dan memilih strategi pembiayaan yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan bank syariah seperti Bank Muamalat. Pembiayaan yang terukur dan efektif dari segi risiko dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap ROA dan secara keseluruhan stabilitas keuangan bank.

Abstract

Waste is a critical issue in Sidomulyo Village, Pekalongan Regency, primarily due to the absence of a designated disposal facility. As a result, residents dispose of waste by burning or burying it, causing environmental pollution, public health risks, and long-term ecological damage. To address this, a waste bank initiative was introduced to promote sustainable waste management and increase community awareness. The waste bank serves not only as a means of processing waste but also as an educational tool to encourage environmental responsibility through the 3R principles: reduce, reuse, and recycle. The program employed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, focusing on empowering local resources and capacities. Activities included community engagement, village clean-up with waste separation, and seminars on waste bank management. Findings indicate a significant increase in public awareness regarding household waste management. Moreover, the waste bank has contributed positively to both environmental cleanliness and household economic improvement. This model demonstrates that participatory and asset-based approaches can effectively promote sustainable waste solutions in rural communities. Keywords: Waste bank, Environmental sustainability, Economic empowerment  Abstrak: Sampah merupakan masalah serius di Desa Sidomulyo, Kabupaten Pekalongan, yang disebabkan oleh belum tersedianya tempat pembuangan sampah. Akibatnya, masyarakat membuang sampah dengan cara dibakar atau ditimbun, yang berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan, risiko kesehatan, dan kerusakan ekologis jangka panjang. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, program bank sampah diperkenalkan guna mendorong pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Bank sampah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana pengolahan sampah, tetapi juga sebagai alat edukatif untuk menumbuhkan tanggung jawab lingkungan melalui prinsip 3R: reduce, reuse, dan recycle. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan potensi lokal. Kegiatan meliputi pendekatan komunitas, kerja bakti pemilahan sampah, dan seminar pengelolaan bank sampah. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga. Selain menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, bank sampah juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan ekonomi keluarga. Model ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif dan berbasis aset efektif untuk solusi pengelolaan sampah di wilayah perdesaan. Abstract

Perbankan syariah mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan keuangan yang sesuai dengan prinsip Islam. Dalam situasi persaingan industri yang semakin intens, strategi pemasaran menjadi faktor kunci untuk menjaga sekaligus memperluas pangsa pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang digunakan bank syariah dalam meningkatkan daya saing di tengah kompetisi perbankan modern. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, melalui telaah berbagai artikel, jurnal, dan penelitian terdahulu mengenai pemasaran bank syariah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dijalankan bank syariah berperan penting dalam memperkuat daya saing dengan menekankan pemahaman kebutuhan pasar, segmentasi nasabah, serta kepatuhan pada prinsip syariah yang menolak praktik riba. Selain itu, bagi pelaku UMKM halal, strategi berbasis nilai Islami menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk mampu bersaing secara global. Studi ini juga melibatkan wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM halal dan kajian literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan manajemen bisnis syariah dapat meningkatkan kinerja operasional, kepercayaan konsumen, dan loyalitas pasar. Prinsip halal, transparansi keuangan, serta pemasaran berbasis etika Islami terbukti mendukung pertumbuhan pangsa pasar dan daya saing UMKM. Dengan demikian, model manajemen bisnis syariah dapat menjadi fondasi penting bagi pengembangan UMKM halal yang berkelanjutan di era ekonomi kontemporer

Abstract

Penggabungan tiga bank syariah menjadi BSI membawa tantangan integrasi yang menuntut penguatan GCG untuk menjaga stabilitas dan kepercayaan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) pasca awal merger tiga bank syariah milik Himbara, yaitu BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, dan Bank Syariah Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, dengan sumber utama berupa Laporan GCG BSI tahun 2021 serta dokumen pendukung dari jurnal dan artikel ilmiah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GCG di BSI telah berjalan cukup baik dengan capaian peringkat “baik” pada penilaian internal serta memperoleh pengakuan eksternal melalui predikat “Most Trusted Company” pada tahun 2021. Prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan responsibilitas sudah diimplementasikan dengan konsisten, sementara aspek independensi dan kewajaran masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama terkait komposisi Dewan Komisaris Independen, penyesuaian budaya kerja, serta harmonisasi sistem layanan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah BSI telah membangun fondasi tata kelola yang baik meskipun masih terdapat kelemahan yang perlu diperbaiki agar konsistensi tata kelola dapat terjaga. Saran yang diajukan meliputi konsolidasi budaya organisasi, penguatan independensi, optimalisasi teknologi informasi, serta perbaikan berkelanjutan untuk memperkokoh daya saing BSI di tingkat global.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era has driven the banking sector, including BSI, to offer technology-based services such as the BYOND by BSI application. Generation Z is the main target due to their high digital engagement. However, their interest and understanding of Islamic banking remain varied, especially in Tegal City, where participation is still low despite a Muslim majority. This study analyzes the influence of digital marketing, brand image, and service quality on Generation Z’s decision to use BSI services in Tegal City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method and associative causal type. The population comprised Generation Z aged 18–28 years, with a sample of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with Likert scale and analyzed through validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with SPSS. The results indicate that digital marketing and service quality have a positive and significant effect on Generation Z’s decision to use BSI services, while brand image does not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, the three variables have a positive and significant influence. These findings suggest that strengthening digital marketing strategies and improving service quality are dominant factors in influencing young customers’ decisions.
