Abstract

The research objective was to determine the optimization of the application of Mobile Banking at PT. Bank DKI. The process of collecting data uses library data and field data by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application of Mobile Banking service greatly influenced the collection of third party funds. The supporting factor in the application of Mobile Banking is the prevalence of people using smart phones, both among business and social circles, which is marked by the ownership of a smart phone in almost all circles, whether professionals, employees and students. With the use off smart phone in almost all circles, Mobile Banking facilities are increasingly wide open to become a potential market wherever they are. Inhibiting factors is the lack of socialization and education to the public related to the features, it is hoped that Bank DKI can Icrease Asset and third party funds increase market share, expand service access to the public and be able to compete with conventional banks. Abstract

The development of information technology is currently very rapid, where computers play an important role invarious fields, one of which is processing inventory data. Inventory is an activity or action to carry out physicalcollection of existing assets (collection inventory) in an integrated manner in the management of propertyownership data. The Jakarta Textile Museum is a cultural heritage that houses various collections of Indonesianfabrics and batik tools, which act as an Indonesian textile sanctuary institution and a documentation and research center for traditional Indonesian textiles. Inventory data processing to create a collection of labels to be exhibited at the Jakarta Textile Museum is still done manually, where the technical and administrative data obtained are entered into Microsoft Excel. In the manual processing of inventory data, problems were found such as insufficient or incomplete data. Based on this explanation, the author makes a Final Project report with the title "Design ofan Inventory Information System for Collections at the Jakarta Textile Museum".

Abstract

Industri perbankan saat ini berlomba-lomba memberikan kemudahan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat.Salah satunya adalah kebutuhan masyrakat akan perumahan yang menjadi salah satu peluang perbankan untukmembantu pembiayaan melauli KPR. Bank DBS sebagai pelopor untuk membantu nasabahnya untuk mendapatkanpembiayaan rumah berbagai jenis program KPR. Takeover merupakan salah satu program KPR yang ditawarkankepada calon nasabah yang telah menggadaikan dengan bank konvensional untuk mengalihkan hutangnya ke BankDBS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian bertujuan untukmemberikan pemahaman yang informatif dan komprehenshif tentang keadaan sebenarnya dari kegiatan yang adapada Bank DBS khususnya dalam KPR takeover. Dalam sistem aplikasi takeover berbasis web ini, para officerperbankan sangat terbantu dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut, yang bertujuan agar menghindari terjadinya doubletakeover. Teknologi yang digunakan pada sistem aplikasi takeover ini menggunakan Sublime text, Xampp, Php MyAdmin sebagai database, framework codeigniter, bootstrap, sistem tersebut akan mendukung kinerja runtimeaplikasi berbasis web untuk efisiensi dalam melakukan suatu pendataan takeover nasabah di Bank DBS.
