Abstract

Indonesian government has made efforts to fulfill the community’s needs about health care. One of the innovation program was The Semarang City Alert Ambulance Program. This program aims to improve health degrees by easier the community having healthcare access. This study was conducted to determine the implementation of The Semarang City Alert Ambulance Program. The research was located in the postal territories of the Ngesrep Public Health Center. This was qualitative research with a descriptive approach using an in-depth interview method with purposive sampling. The analyzed variables were human resources, funds, facilities, SOP or policies, planning, organizational structure, implementation, evaluation, and environment. In input variables, the competency of human resources was good, but the number of human resources still not enough, the funding for the program execution was enough but the facilities still not enough yet, and the SOP has not been formed. Then, in the environment variable, there was no regulation to govern, it caused the implementation of this program interrupted. The Semarang City Government need making specific mayor rules related to the program. The Semarang Health Service needs making regulation and SOP, making ideal planning.

Abstract

Procurement is part of the management of the drug which is very devoted to the supply of drugs and the costs incurred by the hospital. This study discusses the procurement of drugs in the National Health Insurance service in Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital Semarang. This research is qualitative research with descriptive research supported by secondary data with retrospectives and primary data with in-depth interviews. Procurement is done by electronic purchase via e-catalog and manual which is done twice a week. The process of drug procurement has not gone well because the long-standing response from the supplier, the drug is not available in the e-catalog, the old system is loaded, the related product in the e-catalog is empty, information about the system is not expected to occur, delays in sending drugs, and sending invoices that leave tempo by the counterparty who can request a delay in payment by the hospital. The result showed that drug management had not been fully in accordance with the criteria. It was indicated from 5 measured indicators, two of them had been in accordance with the criteria which was the percentage of the available fund compared with cost planned and the procurement frequency of each drug item. The other 3 indicators had not been in accordance with the criteria which were frequency uncompleted of order list/contract, frequency of delayed rate in payment by the hospital, and percentage of the amount of drug taken with the approved.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: The TB situation in Indonesia is getting worse because the number of TB cases continues to increase and is increasing. In response to this, it is necessary to do again related to TB control in order to increase cure rates and reduce mortality. Objective: To evaluate the implementation of the TB control program at the Bandarharjo Health Center. Method: This study uses qualitative and analytic descriptive methods through in-depth interviews which are selected based on purposive sampling techniques. Results: Input Components: enough Human resources, Lack of training, existing P2TB purgatory, low funding, good facilities and infrastructure, SOP of applicable regulations and ISTC. Process components: No specific planning documents, no specific and written organizational structure, internal and external coordination is good, the implementation of activities is good, there is no optimal yet, recording and reporting is good, monitoring is Less questionable. Output component: Case finding and treatment n success rates do not meet national TB targets. Conclusion: The input component is good, the process component there are still some activities that are not optimal, the output component has not met the national TB targets in the TB control program at The Bandarharjo Health Center.
