Abstract

There is a phenomenon of structural officials of the Government of Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh Province who have not fulfilled their capacity as leaders, because there are still actions that deviate and do not follow existing procedures. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence with the spiritual leadership style of the structural officials of the Government of Aceh Tamiang District, Aceh Province. The population of 109 officials and a sample of 52 people was obtained from the slovin formula and using a lottery random sampling technique. The method used is instrument test, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, heteroscedasticity test, and linearity test. The research results obtained are that there is a positive and significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and spiritual leadership style. There is a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual leadership style. Together there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence with spiritual leadership style. Thus, leaders must be able to improve their leadership development in terms of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence. These two things are very important in order to increase the spiritual leadership style of the leader. So the hypothesis in this study can be accepted theoretically. It is suggested that officials can develop the ability of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence through various ways such as: participating in ESQ training, participating in various spiritual education so that it can be used as a basis for conducting coaching.Adanya fenomena pejabat struktural Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang Provinsi Aceh yang belum memenuhi kapasitasnya sebagai pemimpin, karena masih adanya tindakan yang melenceng dan tidak mengikuti prosedur yang ada. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional dengan gaya kepemimpinan spiritual pejabat struktural Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang Provinsi Aceh. Populasi sebanyak 109 orang pejabat dan sampel 52 orang diperoleh dari rumus slovin dan menggunakan teknik random sampling secara lotere. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji linearitas. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan gaya kepemimpinan spiritual. Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan gaya kepemimpinan spiritual. Secara bersama ada hubungan kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional dengan gaya kepemimpinan spiritual. Dengan demikian pemimpin harus mampu meningkatkan pengembangan kepemimpinannya secara kecerdasan spiritualitas maupun kecerdasan emosional. Kedua hal ini sangat penting guna peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan spiritual pada pemimpin. Sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima secara teoritis. Disarankan agar pejabat dapat mengembangkan kemampuan kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan emosional melalui berbagai cara seperti: mengikuti training ESQ, meengikuti berbagai pendidikan spiritual sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan pembinaan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the relationship between coping mechanisms and interpersonal communication with aggressive behavior of students of Department of Automotive at SMK PAB 12 Saentis. This type of research is quantitative by involving 93 students as a sample taken with total sampling techniques with the first screening of aggressive behavior tendencies. This study used 3 (three) coping mechanism scales, interpersonal communication scales, and aggressive behavior scales to obtain data analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed a negative relationship between coping mechanisms and interpersonal communication with students’ aggressive behavior simultaneously and partially. Coping mechanisms and interpersonal communication can predict the emergence of aggressive behavior of students by 52.8%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh demokratis dengan self-regulated learning. Metode penelitian ini metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 30 siswa dengan sampel 30 siswa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi product moment diatas dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi variabel pola asuh demokratis dan self-regulated learning sebesar 0.000 0.05. Hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh demokratis dengan self-regulated learning pada siswa. Nilai pearson correlation yang diperoleh antara pola asuh demokratis dengan self-regulated learning sebesar 0.647. Hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa variabel pola asuh demokratis dengan self-regulated learning memiliki korelasi yang positif dengan koefisien korelasi yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinan yang didapat yaitu 0,418 atau sebesar 41,8% pengaruh pola asuh demokratis terhadap self-regulated learning. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinan dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh pola asuh demokratis terhadap self-regulated learning sebesar 41,8% dan 58,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between peer social support and student engagement. This research method is a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population in this study was 93 students with a sample of 93 students. The sampling technique used is total sampling technique. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test above, it can be seen that the significance value of the peer social support and student engagement variables is 0.001 < 0.05. This explains that there is a significant relationship between social support from peers and student engagement in students. The Pearson correlation value obtained between peer social support and student engagement was 0.677. This explains that the variable peer social support and student engagement has a positive correlation with a strong correlation coefficient. The determinant coefficient value obtained is 0.458 or 45.8% of the influence of peer social support on student engagement. Based on the determinant coefficient value, it can be seen that the influence of peer social support on student engagement is 45.8% and the remaining 54.2% is influenced by other factors.
