Abstract

The aims of this research are 1. To find out the factors that cause wall damage to student flats (rusunawa) at the Muhammadiyah University of Maluku Mtara. 2. To find out ways to repair wall damage due to seepage in student flats (rusunawa) at Muhammadiyah University, North Maluku. 3. To find out the estimated cost of repairing the walls of the student flats (rusunawa) at Muhammadiyah University, North Maluku. The type of research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative method is a method of collecting data using observation, namely by examining an object by making observations about the situation, conditions and events that occur, so that the characteristics of the conditions of the research object can be clearly described according to the facts obtained. 1. Factors that cause damage to occur a. Mechanical Damage b. Physical Damage c. Chemical Damage d. Biological Damage e. Damage due to user factors 2. How to deal with damage to building walls a. Repair Using the Concrete Injection Method. The following is how to determine the right type of injection according to the condition of the damaged building. 1. Injection of cracked concrete structures (epoxy injection method) 2. Injection of leaking concrete (cement injection method) 3. Injection of damp concrete (polyurethane injection method) 4. Leak injection of pipe installation areas (cement injection method) b. Repairs Using Waterproofing 1. Using Waterproofing with a Membrane System 3. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial performance, Market Value Added (MVA), dan Fundamental Makro Ekonomi terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) periode 2019 - 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang terdapat dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Market Value Added (MVA), nilai tukar, dan Inflasi dengan harga saham sebagai variable dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga saham, serta secara parsial Return on Asset (ROA), Market Value Added (MVA), dan Inflasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Sementara Earning per Share (EPS) dan nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham.

Abstract

Kecamatan Tidore Timur merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang memiliki kelurahan dengan penyediaan air bersih yang sangat minim. Tingkat pelayanan air bersih yang dikelola PDAM belum sampai ke kecamatan tersebut. Sementara sumber air bersih yang selama ini memenuhi kebutuhan hidup masyarakat tersebut yaitu sumber air tanah (sumur). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan air pada zona pelayanan di Kecamatan Tidore Timur pada kondisi eksisting, mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan air pada zona pelayanan di Kecamatan Tidore Timur pada proyeksi 10 tahun kedepan, dan mengetahui kapasitas reservoir yang akan memenuhi kebutuhan air pada masing-masing zona pelayanan di Kecamatan Tidore Timur. Dalam menganalisa penyediaan air, maka penulis mengambil 3 metode perhitungan sebagai acuan dan untuk melakukan perbandingan antara 3 metode tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode aritmatik, metode geometrik dan metode requensi eksponensial. Jadi hasil penelitian diketahui jumlah kebutuhan air pada zona pelayanan di Kecamatan Tidore Timur pada kondisi eksisting adalah sebesar 60110 liter/hari atau sebesar 60,11 m3/hari, dan untuk jumlah kebutuhan air pada zona pelayanan di Kecamatan Tidore Timur pada proyeksi 10 tahun kedepan adalah sebesar 494210908,2 liter/hari atau sebesar 494210,9 m3/hari, sedangkan untuk kapasitas reservoir adalah sebesar 4,83 m3.

Abstract

Secara umum tingkat kemajuan perekonomian suatu daerah di pengaruhi oleh kemajuan Sistem transportasi khususnya transportasi laut sebagai tulang punggung perdagangan dunia dalam mendorong timbulnya globalisasi, karena hampir 80% perdagangan dunia ditransfer lewat laut atau seaborae trede. Dalam mendukung tingkat kemajuan perekonomian suatu daerah maka dibutuhkan system infrastruktur yang kuat. Sistem infrastruktur merupakan pendukung utama fungsi-fungsi sistem sosial dan sistem ekonomi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Dalam Perencanaan suatu pekerjaan dibutuhkan dasar teori agar dapat diketahui spesifikasi yang menjadi acuan dalam perhitungan dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan. Dasar teori dibutuhkan juga untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perencanaan tersebut, masalah-masalah yang akan dihadapi penyelesaian. Supaya mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik dalam pelaksanaan suatu pekerjaan dituntut adanya perencanaan yang matang dengan teori yang baik. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung jumlah arus penumpang dan jumlah arus Speed Boat di masa yang akan datang sehinga kebutuhan lahan parkir terminal penumpang di masa akan datang dapat ditentukan dan berapa luas area pengembangan lahan parkir terminal penumpang pelabuhan penyebrangan Speed Boat Sofifi. Hasil perhitungan kebutuhan areal parker kendaraan roda empat antar/jemput adalah 1875,82 m2 dan Hasil perhitungan kebutuhan areal parker kendaraan roda dua antar/jemput adalah 1438,131 m2.

Abstract

Bridges are vital infrastructure that play a crucial role in supporting community mobility and logistics distribution. Regular inspections are essential to ensure the safety and operational feasibility of these structures. This study aims to evaluate the physical and structural condition of the GTI Bridge located in Kampung Makassar Timur. The inspection methods employed include visual assessment, structural dimension measurements, and evaluatpion of key elements such as the bridge deck, support beams, columns, and joints. The inspection results indicate minor to moderate damage in several structural components, including hairline cracks on concrete surfaces, corrosion on steel elements, and deterioration of protective coatings. Based on the analysis, the bridge is deemed serviceable, provided that routine maintenance and repairs are carried out on the affected parts. Maintenance and repair recommendations have been formulated to extend the service life of the bridge and prevent potential safety hazards in the future.

Abstract

The rapid development of infrastructure in various sectors, including buildings, bridges, and towers, has increased the demand for concrete as a primary construction material. Concrete is widely used due to its advantages such as high compressive strength, durability, fire resistance, and economic efficiency. The compressive strength of concrete is generally evaluated at 28 days, while early-age strength development can be used to estimate its final performance.This study aims to evaluate the characteristics of local Class C quarry materials in Ibu Selatan District and to design a concrete mix with a target compressive strength of F’c 21 MPa using the SNI 7656:2012 method. Fine and coarse aggregates were obtained from local quarry sources in West Halmahera Regency. The engineering properties of the materials were tested to ensure compliance with concrete requirements.Concrete specimens were cast in cylindrical molds measuring 15 cm × 30 cm and tested for compressive strength at curing ages of 3, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days. The results show that the compressive strength increased with curing age, indicating normal strength development. The 28-day compressive strength reached the target design value of F’c 21 MPa, confirming that the mix design method is effective for producing normal concrete using local materials.The study concludes that local quarry materials from Ibu Selatan District are suitable for use in structural concrete and can reduce dependence on imported materials while remaining economically efficient.

Abstract

Utilizing local materials in construction is a strategic approach to reduce development costs, especially in regions with limited logistical access. This study aims to assess the compressive strength characteristics of concrete made from local aggregates: fine aggregate from Joubela Village and coarse aggregate from Sabala Village. This approach is expected to provide an economical and efficient alternative for regional infrastructure development. The methodology involved testing the physical properties of the aggregates and designing concrete mixes according to SNI 03-2834-2000 standards. Results showed that the fine aggregate from Joubela has a specific gravity of 1.97 g/cm³, a fineness modulus of 2.96% (zone 3), a unit weight of 1.69 g/cm³, clay content of 2.50%, and moisture content of 4.60%. Meanwhile, the coarse aggregate from Sabala has a specific gravity of 2.58 g/cm³, clay content of 0.27%, moisture content of 1.97%, fineness modulus of 7.52%, loose unit weight of 1.60 g/cm³, and compacted unit weight of 1.66 g/cm³. Both materials meet the quality requirements for concrete aggregates. Based on compressive tests with a mix design of 51.5 kg cement, 24.7 liters water, 61.1 kg fine aggregate, and 157.7 kg coarse aggregate, an average compressive strength of 23.95 MPa was obtained after 28 days, exceeding the target of 21.7 MPa. Therefore, the combination of aggregates from both villages shows high potential for use in structural concrete. Future research should include cost-efficiency analysis and durability testing in aggressive environments to ensure material sustainability.

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan angkutan umum penumpang yang ada di Kota Ternate Profinsi Maluku Utara masih dilayani oleh kendaraan umum (Mikrolet), yang dapat memuat penumpang berkapasitas 10 Orang dengan beberapa trayek (rute). Untuk rute yang di pakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu Terminal Gamalama - Sasa. Angkutan umum memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan perekonomian, untuk menuju keberlanjutan angkutan umum yang memerlukan penanganan serius. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan metode Kualitatif. metode kualitatif yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dilapangan melalui observasi/wawancara secara langsung demi mendapatkan suatu data sehingga data tersebut dapat di kelola dan diketahui hasilnya. Dari survey lapangan yang dilakukan untuk trayek Terminal Gamalama -Sasa Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah jumlah kendaraan yang beroperasi tidak teratur, pada tempatnya yang telah di sediakan, membuat penumpanng menunggu dan jumlah tarif yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kebutuhan bahan dan kuat tekan beton normal antara metode SNI 03-2834-2000 dan SNI 7656: 2012 Menggunakan material Lokal Togafo, Kota Ternate dengan menggunakan ukuran agregat kasar maksimum 20 mm dan 40 mm, yang diterapkan pada mutu rencana (fc') 26,4 MPa,. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengujian material dan uji tekan pada spesimen silinder dengan ukuran diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm, pada hari ke 28. Dari Hasil Penelitian terdahulu analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan semen dengan metode SNI 03-2834-2000 lebih tinggi dari SNI 7656: 2012, kebutuhan agregat kasar maksimum 20 mm dengan nilai fc 'adalah 15 MPa dan 20 MPa lebih banyak pada SNI 03-2834-2000 dibandingkan SNI 7656: 2012, namun kebutuhan untuk fc '25 MPa pada metode SNI 03-2834-2000 kurang dari SNI 7656: 2012. Kebutuhan agregat kasar dengan ukuran maksimum 40 mm dengan metode SNI 03-2834-2000 kurang dari SNI 7656: 2012, dan kebutuhan air dengan metode SNI 03-2834-2000 lebih tinggi dari SNI 7656: 2012. Nilai kuat tekan pada kedua metode tersebut telah memenuhi mutu rencana, namun metode SNI 03-2834-2000 menghasilkan nilai kuat tekan yang lebih besar dari pada metode SNI 7656: 2012.
