Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation , innovation and location on the success of the Holala Traditional Cake in Jambi City . This type of research is quantitative - descriptive . Quantitative method is a method that use quantitative analysis tools , where the results of the analysis are presented in the form of numbers which are explained and interpreted in a description , while descriptive method is a method that describes a set of data that will be made , both by researchers themselves and in groups, researchers use SPSS 22 to test the research . The population and sample in this study were employees of Holala Traditional Cakes with 20 respondents . Data collection technique that used was questionnaire . Results of this study are significant influence of motivation for business success because t count > t table (-3.294> 2.119) and resulting significant value (0.005 & lt;0.05). Innovation has no significant effect on business success due to t count < t table (0.706 & lt ; 2.119) and the resulting significant value (0.491 & gt ; 0.05). Location has a significant effect on business success due to t count > t table (20,365> 2,119) and the resulting significant value (0,000 & lt ; 0.05). Motivation , innovation , and location simultaneously have a significant effect on business success , because the results of the f test carried out resulting the value of count & gt ; f tabel ( 176.787 & gt ; 3.24) and with significant value generated (0,000 & lt ;0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of marketing, and product diversification on the sales volume of pineapple (a case study on MSME farmers in Tangkit Baru Village, Muara Jambi Regency, Jambi Province). The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection is done by means of questionnaires and documentation. The population of this study is the farmers who are the perpetrators of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a population of 13 home industries. This research method is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling method, where the entire population was sampled. The results showed that: (1) the marketing mix strategy has a positive effect on sales volume; (2) there is a significant and positive effect of product diversification on sales volume; (3) and there is a significant effect between the marketing mix, product diversification together on the sales volume of pineapples.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer knowledge and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Samsung brand smartphones in Jambi City partially, and to determine the effect of consumer knowledge and lifestyle on Samsung brand smartphone purchasing decisions in Jambi City simultaneously. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection methods through a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 22 program. The results showed that the calculated F value was 48.774, which means that there is simultaneously an influence on consumer knowledge (X1) and lifestyle (X2) on purchasing decisions for brand smartphones. Samsung in Jambi City. Partially, it can be seen that all independent variables have an effect on purchasing decisions, namely the consumer knowledge variable (X1) of 2.302, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.985 and lifestyle (X2) of 4.837, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.985.
