Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Work Facilities and Competence on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Deli Muda Perkasa, Mersam District. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Facilities and Competence on Employee Job Satisfaction. In this study, there are three variables, namely the Work Facility Variable, the Competence Variable and the Employee Job Satisfaction Variable. To answer the research objectives, the analysis was carried out using path analysis accompanied by t test and F test to see the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables studied. Based on the results of the analysis, Work Facilities and Competencies have an influence of 87.43% on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Deli Muda Perkasa, Mersam District. Work Facility and Competency Variables have an influence both partially and simultaneously on Job Satisfaction Variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about the factors that affect the company's capital structure in go public manufacturing companies on the Jakarta stock exchange in 2017-2019. In this study using a quantitative research type. Data analysis tools used multiple regression, T test, F test and determination. The results of the research obtained partial test, it turns out that company size, asset growth, and company profitability have a real effect, in the variables that have the greatest influence is company size of 28.4%, asset growth of 25.3% and profitability of 17.14% which means that managers pay more attention to these three factors in making decisions related to capital structure. simultaneous company size, business risk, asset growth, profitability and capital structure. This shows that in making decisions about the capital structure to be used or applied, the managers of manufacturing companies at the JSE consider company size, business risk, asset growth, profitability and the company's existing ownership structure. The coefficient of determination turns out to be 35%, which means that company size, business risk, asset growth, profitability and company ownership structure jointly affect the capital structure while the remaining 65% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of population on the economic growth of Batang Hari Regency in 2012-2022. Variable population as the independent variable, and the variable economic growth as the dependent variable. The population has a role in various economic activities. Not only on the production side, the population also affects the level of consumption of an item which can have an impact on the economic growth of a region. To determine the influence of population on the economic growth of Batang Hari Regency in 2012-2021, a simple linear regression analysis tool was used with the application of the t test with the aim of knowing whether the population variable had a partial effect or not on the economic growth variable. After processing the data and analyzing it, it can be concluded that based on the results of the t test, the population variable has a partial (partial) influence on economic growth. From the coefficient of determination, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.708. This means that the population affects economic growth by 72,2%. While 27,8% is influenced by other variables that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Abstract
