Abstract

Distance Learning is the best solution that the world of education can do today to avoid spreading the COVID-19 virus and its variants. By implementing distance learning, it is hoped that students will listen to material explanations from the teacher and actively participate in learning activities in the form of finding sources of information from other media. This study aims to determine the effect of distance learning and the role of parents on PAI learning achievement for class VIII SMP Negeri Mojogedang Karanganyar Regency for academic year 2020/2021. The hypothesis proposed is that distance learning and the role of parents have a significant effect on PAI learning achievement for class VIII SMP Negeri Mojogedang Karanganyar Regency for academic year 2020/2021. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with data collection methods through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Mojogedang with a population of 260, and a sample of 116 students was taken. The results of the study show that: distance learning has a positive and significant effect on PAI learning achievement for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Mojogedang Karanganyar for academic year 2020/2021; the role of parents has a positive and significant impact on PAI learning achievement for grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Mojogedang, Karanganyar Regency for academic year 2020/2021; distance learning and the role of parents have a positive and significant effect on PAI learning achievement for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Mojogedang, Karanganyar Regency for academic year 2020/2021.

Abstract

Discipline in the educational process is indispensable because it is not only to maintain the conditions of the learning and teaching atmosphere smoothly but also to create a strong personality for each student. Many factors can influence the formation of student learning disciplines, such as learning facilities in schools and student learning motivation. The study aims to partially and partially determine the influence of learning facilities and motivation on the learning discipline of class VIII MTs Negeri 7 Sragen students for the 2020/2021 academic year partially and simultaneously. Research is field research with a quantitative approach. The study population was all students of class VIII MTs Negeri 7 Sragen, as many as 131 students, a sample of 35 students was taken by simple random sampling. The data collection technique uses questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis previously performed classical assumption analysis. The results of the study found: (1) There is a significant favorable influence of learning facilities on student learning discipline, so it can be interpreted that the more complete and well-managed learning facilities, the more it improves student discipline in learning, (2) Ada significant positive influence of learning motivation on student learning discipline, so it can be interpreted that the higher the student's motivation in learning, the more it improves student learning discipline and (3) There is an influence of learning facilities and learning motivation on student learning discipline, so it can be interpreted that the more complete and well-managed learning facilities are supported by the higher the motivation to learn, the more it increases student discipline in learning. From these results, it can be suggested that teachers cooperate with all stakeholders to participate in helping students to realize the need for discipline in learning. It is hoped that teachers can carry out creative and exciting learning so students can be motivated to learn. The creation of classrooms that are conducive and comfortable for learning helps to increase students' motivation and discipline in knowledge. The school, in collaboration with the Education Office, completes student learning facilities so that the learning process can take place conductively, which can increase student motivation in learning and support student learning discipline so that student learning achievement can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai kebaikan dan kebenaran serta berakhlak mulia peserta didik menentukan keberhasilan belajar mereka. Dorongan untuk mengubah diri menjadi baik dari dalam melalui penanaman nilai-nilai dan karakter positif akan menentukan keberhasilan peserta didik. Guru semestinya selalu membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswa dan memberikan suri taulan kedisiplinan yang baik kepada siswa. Siswa yang terbiasa melihat dan mencontoh atau meniru kebaikan gurunya besar kemungkinan akan menjadi orang baik sebagaimana tauladan yang diberikan guru. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa dan kedisiplinan guru PAI terhadap akhlakul karimah siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Gemolong Kabupaten Sragen tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional yang bersifat field research. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Gemolong Kabupaten Sragen sebanyak 140 siswa, sampel diambil sebanyak 70 siswa diambil secara simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang sudah diuji kevalidan dan kereliabelannya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang sebelumnya dilakukan analisis asumsi. Hasil ditemukan: (1) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap akhlakul karimah, sehingga dapat diartikan semakin tingi motivasi belajar siswa maka semakin meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa, begitu sebaliknya (2) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan kedisiplinan guru PAI terhadap akhlakul karimah siswa. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kedisiplinan guru PAI maka semakin meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa, begitu pula sebaliknya, dan (3) Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan guru PAI secara simultan terhadap akhlakul karimah siswa. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar siswa didukung dengan semakin tinggi kedisiplinan guru PAI dalam mendidik maka semakin meningkatkan akhlakul karimah siswa, begitu pula sebaliknya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disarankan para guru pengajar khususnya pendidikan agama islam mampu bekerjasama dengan guru BK, kepala sekolah, staf, orang tua dan masyarakat untuk mampu memberikan suri tauladan yang baik termasuk kedisiplinan dalam beribadah dan mendukung agar motivasi belajar siswa semakin meningkat agar pembentukan akhlakul karimah siswa menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Kinerja guru sangat penting kaitannya dalam keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Oleh karenanya penting untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru. Faktor manajemen sarana prasarana penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Hal ini dikarenakan manajemen sarana prasarana yang baik dapat memberikan kontribusi secara optimal jalannya proses pendidikan. Selain itu lingkungan kerja juga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Lingkungan kerja yang baik akan menfasilitasi mereka untuk kerja lebih baik pula. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan manajemen sarana prasarana madrasah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru MTs Negeri 7 Sragen tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru MTs Negeri 7 Sragen sebanyak 27 orang, sampel diambil sebanyak 27 orang diambil secara total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang sudah diuji kevalidan dan kereliabelannya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang sebelumnya dilakukan analisis asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ditemukan: (1) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan manajemen sarana dan prasarana madrasah terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga dapat diartikan semakin bagus manajemen sarana prasarana madrasah maka semakin tinggi kinerja guru, (2) Ada pengaruh positif signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga dapat diartikan semakin nyaman lingkungan kerja maka semakin tinggi kinerja guru, dan (3) Ada pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana madrasah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga dapat diartikan semakin bagus manajemen sarana prasarana madrasah dan didukung dengan semakin nyaman lingkungan tempat bekerja maka semakin meningkatkan kinerja guru. Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat disarankan agar semua warga sekolah mulai dari kepala madrasah, guru, stakeholder lain dan peserta didik selalu bekerjasama mengelola dan melakukan perawatan sarana dan prasarana madrasah yang sudah ada dan mebantu menciptakan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang kondusif agar kinerja guru dapat meningkat demi lancarnya proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision and infrastructure management in order to improve the quality of learning the Qur'an Hadith. The research carried out is research that seeks to reveal, find and explore information about the Implementation of academic supervision and infrastructure management. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, perceptions, and thoughts of people individually and in groups. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision and infrastructure management can improve the quality of learning al-Qur'an Hadith in MTsN 6 Sragen very well. Application of academic supervision includes the process of planning, implementing, evaluating and following up, and reporting.  Ensure infrastructure management by carrying out five stages of management, namely planning, procurement of goods, use and maintenance, inventory, and elimination.
