Abstract

An organization / company will function effectively if handled by people who have skills and high work productivity in performing the tasks assigned to him. Value is the value added of activities of the people there, and the value thus also referred to as an increase in labor productivity. Some of the factors that affect work productivity is leadership, motivation and training. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership, motivation and training on employee productivity. Sample collection technique is the technique of non-random (non random / non-probability) and census techniques. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the analysis using SPSS Version 13 show that: (1). Leadership has positive and significant impact on labor productivity. (2). Motivation has positive and significant impact on labor productivity. (3). Training has positive and significant impact on laborproductivity. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 sayung Kabupaten Demak. Sesuai dengan observasi dan kajian permasalahan yang dilakukan peneliti di obyek penelitian bahwa tingkat kelembagaan yang lemah, relevansi output dan input organisasi yang belum optimal dan pola kepemimpinan dan manajerial pimpinan yang sentralistik. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data dan analisisnya termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian mewakili populasi keseluruhan berjumlah 65 responden. Data dari responden diuji dengan Analisis Regresi Ganda, uji determinasi dan uji F untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasilnya ada pengaruh positif antara kepuasan kerja terhadap semangat kerja, pegawai dan ada pengaruh yang positif signifikan simultan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 Sayung. Dengan demikian semakin tinggi ingkat kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi akan semakin meningkatkan semangat kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini mempunyai katerbatasan yaitu periode pengambilan sampel dan observasi yang relatif pendek, belum mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang ,mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai. Hal ini memang menjadi pilihan peneliti berdasarkan permasalahan yang menonjol di objek penelitian. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian berikutnya bisa mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 Sayung Kabupaten Demak. Abstract

This research is performed on order to test the influence of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR),Non Performing Loan (NPL), Posisi Devisa Netto (PDN), Net Interest Margin (NIM), BOPO (BiayaOperasional/Pendapatan Operasional), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and SBI rate toward Return OnAsset (ROA).Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling, sample was accured 20 BankDevisa in Indonesia. Data analysis with multi liniear regression of ordinary least square and hypothesestest used t-statistic and Fstatistic at level of significance 5%, a clasic assumption examination whichconsist of data normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroskedasticity test and autocorrelation test is alsobeing done to test the hypotheses. During research period show as variabel and data research wasnormal distributed. Based on test, multicolinearity test, heterosskedasticity test and autocorrelation testclassic assumption deviation has no founded, this indicate that the available data has fulfill the conditionto use multi linear regression model. This result of research show that variable PDN and Suku Bunga SBIdid not influence ROA. Variable CAR, NIM, and LDR positive significant influence significant towardROA. Variable NPL and BOPO negative significant influence toward ROA. Prediction capability fromthese seven variable toward ROA is 72% where the balance 28% is affected to other factor which was notto be entered to research model.Keywords: Return On Asset (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), PosisiDevisa Netto (PDN), Net Interest Margin (NIM), BOPO (Biaya Operasional/PendapatanOperasional), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Suku Bunga SBI.

Abstract

This study was to investigate the perceptions of fairness moderate the effect of compensation on performance and job satisfaction . The specific objectives of this study is to examine and analyze whether the role of justice perceptions moderate the effect of compensation on performance and job satisfaction . Usefulness of the research is to explain and extend previous research on the effect of compensation , job satisfaction and perceptions of fairness on performance . Population and study sample was Bendan City Hospital employees pekalongan of 120 people . The research data is primary data collected directly from the respondents to the questionnaire . The research method approach with computer software SPSS for Windows version 17. The method of data analysis using Moderation Regression Analisys ( MRA ) -type quasi moderator . The results showed that perceptions of fairness weaken the influence of job satisfaction on performance , as well as perceptions of fairness does not moderate the effect of compensation on performance .
