<![CDATA[ The purpose of this research are (1) To acquire knowledge about the correlation between teacher competencies with student learning achievement 11th grade SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta on academic year 2011/2012, (2) To acquire knowledge about the correlation between student learning motivation with student learning achievement 11th grade SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta on academic year 2011/2012, (3) To acquire knowledge about the togetherly relationship between teacher competencies and student learning motivation with student learning achievement 11th grade SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta on academic year 2011/2012. This research found that: (1) There is a positive relationship between teacher competencies with student learning achievement 11th grade SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta on academic year 2011/2012. This is proven by the results of first test hypotheses with analysis of correlation product moment obtained rcalculate 0,244 larger than rtable 0,213 at the 5% level of significance. (2) There is a positive relationship between student learning motivation with student learning achievement 11th grade SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta on academic year 2011/2012. This is proven by the results of second test hypotheses with analysis of correlation product moment obtains rcalculate 0,265 larger than rtable 0,213 at the 5% level of significance. (3) There is a togetherly positive relationship between teacher competencies and student learning motivation with student learning achievement 11th grade SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta on academic year 2011/2012.]]>
