<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Based on preliminary data conducted at the Yosomulyo Health Center in Metro City, by looking at the delivery data in 2020, there were 420 deliveries. Furthermore, guided observations and interviews were carried out on 15 mothers who had children aged 0-12 months, obtained 9 mothers (60%) with work status outside the home, and had children with low birth weight as many as 4 people (26.7%) while 2 other people (13.3%) have children with normal birth weight. To find out the impact of working mothers outside the home during pregnancy on the baby's birth weight in the Yosomulyo Community Health Center Work Area, Metro City. The type of research is quantitative, the research design is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach, the population and sample are pregnant women and maternal outcomes as stated in the MCH book or puskesmas register, sampling using purposive sampling, and univariate and bivariate data analysis using statistical tests. chi-square. Mothers who work not outside the home (IRT) 21 respondents (56.8%), the baby's weight as many as 22 respondents (59.5%) with abnormal baby weight. p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05) which means the relationship between mothers working outside the home during pregnancy to the baby's birth weight. Suggestions can be to develop nutrition programs and education programs for mothers about the age at risk and anemia in pregnant women who work outside the home. Keywords: Working Mother, Outside the Home, Baby's Birth Weight ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data pendahulu yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Yosomulyo Kota Metro, dengan melihat data persalinan pada tahun 2020 didapat data persalinan sebanyak 420 persalinan. Selanjutnya dilakukan observasi dan wawancara terpimpin terhadap 15 ibu yang memiliki anak usia 0-12 bulan, didapat 9 ibu (60%) dengan status pekerjaan diluar rumah, dan memiliki anak dengan berat badan lahir rendah sebanyak 4 orang (26,7%) sedangkan 2 orang (13,3%) lainnya memiliki anak dengan berat badan lahir normal. diketahui dampak bekerja ibu di luar rumah selamakehamilan terhadap berat badan lahir bayi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Yosomulyo Kota Metro. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi dan sampel adalah ibu hamil dan luaran maternal anak yang tertuang dalam buku KIA ataupun register puskesmas, pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dan analisa data univariat serta bivariat menggunakan uji statistik chi square. Ibu berkerja tidak diluar rumah (IRT) 21 responden (56,8%), berat badan bayi sebanyak 22 responden (59,5%) dengan berat badan bayi tidak normal. nilai p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05) yang artinya hubungan ibu bekerja di luar rumah selamakehamilan terhadap berat badan lahir bayi. Saran dapat melakukan pengembangan program gizi dan program edukasi pada ibu tentang usia berisiko dan anemia pada ibu hamil yang bekerja diluar rumah.
