Abstract

Health center accreditation standards are one of the assessments of the medical record file storage system. The medical record file storage system at the Medan Johor Health Center is very important because it helps officers in retrieving and returning files on the medical record file storage rack. The socialization of the medical record file storage system based on this accreditation standard was carried out at the Medan Johor Health Center as a form of updating knowledge and implementing standardized medical record file storage. The purpose of this community service is to help the Medan Johor Health Center in preparing all the files and necessities to follow the Second Edition of the Public Health Center accreditation standard, version 2021 regarding the medical record file storage system at the Medan Johor Health Center. This community service method is to provide socialization of the medical record file storage system in accordance with the second edition of the Puskesmas accreditation instrument, version 2021. The results of community service are expected that medical record officers are able to apply procedures for retrieval and return of medical record files according to the accreditation standards of the storage system which will help medical record officer in the future when the accreditation period for the Medan Johor Health Center will arrive

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares with what he expects. The purpose of this study is to have a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of public health status in providing health services. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all inpatients at RSUD Dr. R.M Djoelham Binjai totaled 331 patients. The sample to be studied is 76 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used the accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed by performing chi-square analysis test. The conclusion of this study is based on hypothesis testing using quantitative methods based on simple linear regression test equipment (F test) it was found that the significance value was 0.0053 or less than 0.05, therefore there was a positive influence between the health service variables (X). Caused by several factors, among others, namely physical evidence (Tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), empathy (emphaty) to the satisfaction of inpatients (Y). It is hoped that services that have received a satisfied response from patients will be maintained and improved by measuring the level of patient satisfaction on a regular basis so that they can monitor and maintain the quality of health services.

Abstract

The research aims to improve tourism human resources, develop the potential of tourist objects in the packaging of various tour packages, and create an information/direction system at the Pamah Alam tourist attraction. The development of tourism does not only occur in urban areas but can also occur in tourist areas. The tourist village is one of the alternative destinations in the field of tourism. Telagah tourist village has natural and cultural potential to be developed into an agro-tourism object and attraction that the local government and tourists recognize. Developing the tourism sector is one way to encourage productive economic growth. The potential possessed by Pamah natural attractions has beautiful natural scenery, fertile soil, and abundant natural wealth. Tourism management and proper use of nature is the biggest source of economic improvement for citizens. However, improvements are still needed in various fields, including human resources and the processing of Pamah Simelir crops to produce products with high selling value. The result of the implementation of community service is that participants can apply the knowledge gained in counseling and are given guidance to make tour packages and information signs (sign systems). Programs made by participants during the training process demonstrate good competence in understanding tourist attractions, locations, times, and routes.

Abstract

Local cultural tourism in the village has become an increasingly interesting topic in the context of local economic development and preservation of cultural heritage and exotic experiences for tourists. The implementation of this service aims to provide a deeper understanding through socialisation activities in the application of local cultural tour packages as alternative tourist attractions in the Huta Tinggi Tourism village. The method of implementing this service activity is through a one-day seminar with the stages of observation, building communication regarding the willingness of partners, presentation of material, questions and answers and preparation of reports on the programmes that have been carried out. The focus of this socialisation presentation examines the economic impact, cultural preservation, and community participation in tourism development. By presenting tourist attractions that highlight the uniqueness of Huta Tinggi's local traditions, arts and culture, the village can maintain their heritage and encourage a better understanding of their cultural wealth, which is where the importance of this activityties.
