Abstract

ABSTRACT The main objective of this study was to analyze the problem of outpatient satisfaction in Rural Health Center Desa Gedang Sungai Penuh. Respondents who are the subject of this study amounted to 50 people. Research using surveys, sampling methods and questionnaires as a tool to collect data. This study uses Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). Data were analyzed using MATLAB software. This study shows the results of the service as follows: (1) Very Good (2) Satisfactory (3) Very Unsatisfactory. By understanding the variables that affect the level of patient satisfaction, management will know how important the variable. So, hopefully they can decide to maintain and develop it in order to obtain patient satisfaction. Reserve Word : Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Tangible, dan ANFIS.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the process of quality assessment Kayu Aro tea using tea organoleptic experts often encountered obstacles sensory limitations of the people judge. Based on these constraints we conducted a study using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method aims to see the extent to which the quality assessment Kayu Aro so as to document the experiences of the tester Kayu Aro tea, but it can also correct the results of quality assessment conducted Kayu Aro by the tester. Based on the test manual processes and applications Exsper Choice, the results of the assessment testerdan assessment results by using AHP not significantly different. AHP method can be used as a method of quality assessment quality assessment results Kayu Aro. AHP method can not be used if the difference between the assessment done by the tea tester tester and others are too far. Abstract

ABSTRACT Clustering is the process of grouping data into clusters based on certain parameters so that the objects within a cluster have a high degree of similarity to one another and very similar to other objects in the different clusters. Fuzzy C-Means is included in one of the clustering technique. In this paper Fuzzy C-Means technique is used to segment the amount of electrical energy consumption at certain hours on the same day. The results of this study were obtained after 15 iterations. And obtained two cluster centers. For cluster 1 consists of 5 members, and cluster 2 consists of 1 member.
