Abstract

The aim of the study was to look at students' physical fitness conditions based on nutritional status (BMI) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The participants of this study were 28 intellectual disability (ID) students. This research instrument is a test of height and weight that has been standardized. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive statistics. The results showed that measurements in boys are known as obesity is 1 boy (7,14%), overweight is 6 boys (42,86%), normal is 5 boys (35,71%), thinness is 2 boys (14,27%), and very thinness is 0 (0%). . The results showed that measurements in boys are known obesity is 3 girls (21.43), overweight is 4 girls (28,57%), normal is 3 girl (21.42%), thinness is 3 girl (21.42%), and very thinness is 1 girl (7.14%). The results of the study and discussion above concluded that the nutritional status of children aged 13-15 years during the COVID-19 pandemic was physically examined based on the status of the majority of BMI majority in obesity groups for boys and girls. Contribution for future studies, especially need to include several independent variables to determine the dominant variable that protects the nutritional status of children.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena dan manfaat aktivitas olahraga pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan teknik Snowball Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik validitas data menggunakan dua teknik triangulasi, yaitu triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode. Analisis data dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap yaitu: tahap pengumpulan data, tahap reduksi data, tahap penyajian data, tahap penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai cara dilakukan oleh setiap individu untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhan agar tetap sehat saat pandemi COVID-19. Manfaat aktivitas olahraga saat pandemi covid 19 yaitu: membakar lemak, kekuatan fisik bertambah, dapat mencegah penyakit, detoksifikasi, meningkatkan metabolisme,  mengurangi stress, meningkatkan konsentrasi, melatih pernapasan.

Abstract

The prolonged pandemic period requires adaptive physical education teachers in Special Schools to do adjustments quickly to ensure that the learning process can run smoothly and learning objectives can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of adaptive physical education learning evaluation at the end of the pandemic. The research method used was the qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The respondents were 20 active adaptive physical education teachers in Banjarnegara and Wonosobo regencies. Data collection instruments included documentation sheets, observations, and unstructured interviews. The results of this study showed that the education at the end of the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out online. The analysis of the findings is presented in 3 dimensions, namely 1) student engagement, 2) learning support, and 3) learning barriers. The evaluation used unstandardized observation rubric. It concludes that adaptive physical education learning in Special Schools during the pandemic was adjusted to the situation and conditions of the students. Cooperation between teachers and guardians is the key to a successful learning.
