<![CDATA[ABSTRAC Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector are companies that have good prospects and are much in demand by the public as investment targets. So that investors must analyze how the company's financial performance before investing. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio to Stock Prices in manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector for the 2015-2019 period. The study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 24 companies. Data collection techniques by means of documentation. The results show that Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio and Current Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices in manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Partially Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio have a positive and significant effect on Stock Prices, while the Current Ratio partially has no positive and insignificant effect on Stock Prices in manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector for the 2015-2019 period. Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, and Stock Price ABSTRAK Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Consumer Goods Industry merupakan perusahaan yang mempunyai prospek yang baik dan banyak di minati oleh masyarakat sebagai target investasi. Sehingga para investor wajib menganalisis bagaimana kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebelum berinvestasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Current Ratio terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan manufaktur Sektor Consumer Goods Industry periode tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 24 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Earning Per Share, Debt To Equity Ratio dan Current Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan manufaktur Sektor Consumer Goods Industry yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2015-2019. Secara parsial Earning Per Share dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Current Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan manufaktur Sektor Consumer Goods Industry periode tahun 2015-2019.
