This community service activity aims to provide an understanding of micro business actors that located at Renon, Denpasar about consumer protection law and find out what obstacles are faced by micro business actors in Renon, Denpasar to understanding consumer protection law and to find efforts to overcome obstacles related to increasing micro business in Renon, Denpasar to understanding of consumer protection. The method used in carrying out this activity is the method of distributing brochures and providing education to respondents who were selected by porpusive sampling technique, then followed by discussion, question and answer to obtain results and solutions. The results of this socialization activity indicate that this activity is quite effective to carry out. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the respondents of micro business actors in Renon, Denpasar to listening the presentation of the service team regarding consumer protection law, especially regarding the rights and obligations of a business actor and consumer. Legal problems that are generally faced by micro business actors in Renon, Denpasar are ignorance of the existence of legal rules that protect consumer rights and regulate business actors and the lack of socialization from the government and related agencies to micro business actors. This activity is carried out by providing education, discussion and question and answer in depth and detail, so that the objectives of this activity can be achieved properly. Dasawisma is part of the Village PKK and has an important role within the Village scope. Cau Belayu Village itself has problems in terms of mobilizing the PKK in this case the Dasawisma field, the problem faced is the lack of understanding of Dasawisma members regarding their position and function in supporting the establishment of a tourism village. PKK consists of several cadres who have their respective duties and functions. The function of dasawisma is to supervise or cover 10-20 families around the neighborhood, the aim is to make it easier to provide and distribute information and be responsive if there are problems in the dasawisma group by submitting reports to the village/kelurahan. The method used in this activity is counseling and socialization in depth and directly to the village government. The legal basis for the formation of the PKK is Permendagri No. 1/2013 Concerning Community Empowerment Through the PKK Movement. This was further strengthened by the issuance of Presidential Decree No. 99/2017 concerning the PKK Movement, which is the driving force for the form of each PKK activity. With regulations that already contain the role and function of the PKK for the Village, in general in supporting and supporting the establishment of a Tourism Village, the PKK can have a positive effect on the realization of a Tourism Village which will later provide positive value to support the improvement of the village economy, especially in Cau Blayu Village. The problem of domestic violence has recently been felt to be increasing, but only a few cases can be disclosed in the public sphere, according to victims of domestic violence, disclosing or reporting acts of domestic violence is tantamount to opening disgrace in domestic relations, because problems in the household are considered taboo and disgraceful. when disclosed to the public. This understanding is what we want to change, that every deviation in domestic violence is something that must receive legal protection. Protection of women in domestic violence as written in Law no. 23 of 2004, it is explained that any action against a woman that results in misery of parents or women, sexual, psychological, and/or neglect of the household is related to activities to carry out coercion or deprivation in household divisions. Apart from domestic violence, the other side of this socialization is regarding child protection, which is regulated in Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning child protection.
