Abstract

This paper aims to examine the mentoring model in an effort to Break the Substance Chain Designer from the Perspective of Social Interpretation Peter L Berger. The study of efforts to break the chain of designer substances tries to approach phenomenology and social construction in Peter L Berger's theory of former drug addicts in Haurpanggung Village, Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency. This analysis is based on qualitative data analysis, namely data that is sourced from words and actions. The research strategy used is a narrative strategy, using in-depth interviews with research subjects (respondents). As for the findings in the field that 8 out of 10 drug addicts who have been rehabilitated return to addicts with a new type of drug, namely designer substances, meaning that 80% fail after rehabilitation. However, through an empathic mentoring approach based on communication and geographic mutation, this can be continued continuously and produce total success.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe a gender-based human development profile in the religious field. This study uses Secondary Data Analysis, namely the Ministry of Religion in 2016 Figures. The findings show that the achievement of women's involvement in the Ministry of Religion is still far from balanced, there are still gaps. Only 33.67% of women occupying the positions of secretary general, directorate general of Islamic education and community service, only 34.41 percent of UIN state employees in Indonesia, 35.37% of R&D & religious staff, 40.68 percent of religious educators, and non-civil servants of religious educators. 32.31%, hafidzah 60.95%, board of judges 17.61%, mufassirah 19.75%, writer 20.51%, researcher 24.32%. The strategic position is still dominated by men, the highest number of women is in the hafidzah position (memorizing the Qur'an), while other positions that are far more strategic are still below 50%. This indicates that development in the field of religion even though women are still neglected, is not yet gender responsive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain descriptive information about student learning experiences in a pandemic atmosphere due to the impact of Covid-19. The approach uses qualitative methods with in-depth interview techniques to research subjects. In this research the selection of respondents was done deliberately; primary, secondary and tertiary for students from islands who are studying nursing. The results of this study show that online learning during a pandemic or distance is unpleasant and unsatisfactory. In other words, online learning is ineffective due to the atmosphere, besides being supported by unsupportive infrastructure and an unfamiliar distance learning culture.
