Abstract

This research aims to highlight the understanding of entrepreneurship policy implementation, particularly in Indonesia with an analysis at the micro and macro levels. Essentially, this research applied the qualitative descriptive method called document analysis from the previous study and governmental documents to gain a-detailed evidence pertaining to the entrepreneurship policy program in Indonesia. Data on entrepreneurial policy program planning, the National Long-Term Development Plan, and program reports were acquired from the Ministry of National and Development Planning 2005-2025. The findings of this research illustrate the 10 entrepreneurship policy programs at the implementation stages. It can be drawn that the entrepreneurship policy is fundamentally aimed at increasing the number of aspiring entrepreneurs or new ventures. The practical implication of this study resulted from the two different program implications at stages of analysis of Micro and Macro. Brought together, its implementation at the micro level is still primarily based on the creation of skills that could adequately cover managerial, business industry, and technical communication technology; motivation that covers incubators or mentoring programs, and greater exposure; which covers opportunity, visibility, also access to market, business and finance. Meanwhile, the analysis at the macro level resulted that government policy largely focuses on venture capital funding, innovation and education for entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship culture, infrastructure and services of entrepreneurship and lastly professional training for trainers. Abstract

This study describes the women carrier labor resistance movement in Yogyakarta towards the dominance and hegemony done by other classes in the social structure of the market environment. This study uses a qualitative method with phenomenological approach and data analysis refering to the concept of qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the social structure in a market environment puts the women in the lowest social class and becoming the most effective tool in pursuing the domination and hegemony of the dominant actors. As a result, the market does not provide space for women workers to participate in the production process. They can not play a role in the social change because their position can only be regarded as a second class causing the increasingly unequel gap between the social classes. These conditions can then encourage the emergence of the women carrier labor activists to reduce disparities through alternative media.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis of disaster management in the tourism sector over the past five years, based on data retrieved from the Scopus database. While previous research has emphasized the vulnerability of the tourism industry to disasters and the need for preparedness, there remains a limited exploration of theoretical frameworks and localized perspectives in this field. This study addresses this gap by examining global and local trends in disaster awareness within tourism destinations. Employing a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, the research utilizes VOSviewer and Scopus analytical tools to map developments in the field. The findings reveal a growing scholarly interest in emerging topics such as post-COVID-19 recovery strategies and sustainable tourism development. The dominance of social science disciplines in the literature underscores their crucial role in informing policy and practice. Notably, 2023 marked the peak in publication output, with Indonesia emerging as a leading contributor reflecting its dual context of rich tourism potential and high disaster vulnerability. Despite this, previous studies have often neglected the integration of local wisdom and cultural values, which are essential for effective community-based disaster management. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on disaster management through a community-based tourism lens, particularly within the context of Yogyakarta. It recommends the development of localized disaster management models that actively involve community participation and draw upon indigenous knowledge and practices to enhance tourism resilience.
