Abstract

ABSTRACT Target of this research is to know leadership style, environment work and motivation that influence and significantly to officer performance in Office Information Communications and Public relations Sub-Province Boyolali by partial and together and also to know among leadership style, environment and motivation, what most dominant variable have an effect to performance. In data collecting conducted by and observation divide of questioner to be filled to responder counted 51 officers. From the regression known that variables of leadership style, motivation and environment work have a positive and significant effect to officer performance by partial and also together and among leadership style, motivation and environment work, that most dominant have an effect to performance is environmental work variable. Independent variable (leadership style, motivation and environment work) contribution can explain its influence to dependent variable (performance) equal to 78,8%, while the rest 21,2% influenced by other variables which not checked (outside research variables). Result of assumption classical test known that there is no deviation to classic assumption. Keywords: leadership style, motivation, environmental work, performance.

Abstract

  ABSTRACT Unit of District Education Office Polokarto Sukoharjo is a government organization that aims to implement educational services for the community. To achieve that purpose, support the good performance of all employees. The number of samples taken 40 people in full of the entire employee population UPT District Education Office Polokarto Sukoharjo. Data were collected through questionnaires, then analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression, F-test and t-test. The studies results are: (1) communication has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance Unit District Education Office Polokarto Sukoharjo, (2) discipline does not have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (3) has no responsibility for a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance Unit District Education Office Polokarto Sukoharjo, (4) Approximately 14% of variation in the dependent variable (performance) can be explained by variations in the set of independent variables (communication, discipline, and responsibility). Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analysis effect: (1) compensation to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan, (2) job satisfaction to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan, (3) organization commitment to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan, (4) intervening effect of commitment organization to correlation between compensation and job satisfaction to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan. Populations in this research are teachers of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan as many as 42 persons, amount of sample is 42 persons with total sampling method. The conclusion of this research: (1) Hypothesis: “The compensation has significant effect to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan” is true, (2) Hypothesis: “The job satisfaction has significant effect to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan” is not true, (3) Hypothesis: “organization commitment has significant effect to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan” is true, (4) Hypothesis: “The commitmen organization mediate effect of compensation and job satisfaction to the teacher performance of SD Kampus Kuripan Purwodadi at Grobogan” is non true. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the effect of: (1) organizational commitment on job satisfaction, (2) organizational commitment to employee performance, (3) job satisfaction on employee performance, (4) To analyze the indirect effect of organizational commitment on performance through job satisfaction in Statistics Grobogan. The experiment was conducted at the Central Bureau of Statistics Grobogan. The data used are primary data taken from questionnaires to the respondents. All data captured through questionnaires every variable. Classical assumption final results showed all the data of each variable multikolinearkitas pass the test, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and normality test of data as many as 41 people. Data analysis tools are used with path analysis, test direct effect, and indirect effect test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing we can conclude: influence of organizational commitment on employee performance; influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction; influence job satisfaction on employee performance; organizational commitment has a direct influence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan pengaruh sikap terhadap perubahan organisasi dan kebijakan sumber daya manusia stratejik pada keberlanjutan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Surakarta. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah para pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Surakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1). Sikap terhadap perubahan organisasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan pada keberlanjutan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Surakarta, 2). Kebijakan sumber daya manusia stratejik berpengaruh secara signifikan pada keberlanjutan Pergururan Tinggi Swasta di Surakarta, 3). Suasana etis tidak memoderasi pengaruh sikap terhadap perubahan organisasi dan kebijakan sumber daya manusia stratejik pada keberlanjutan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Surakarta.
