Abstract

Pelayanan Silent Airport dilakukan salah satunya dengan mengurangi Announcement bandar udara melalui Digital Sound Annoucement dialihkan melalui pengumuman dari layar aviasi berupa Flight Information Display System. Tujuan implementasi program Silent Airport ini, yaitu (1) Peningkatan layanan kepada pengguna jasa bandara, (2) Memberikan kemudahan informasi penerbangan kepada penumpang, (3) Menciptakan suasana yang tenang dan santai bagi para pengguna jasa bandara, (4) Meminimalisir kebisingan suara dengan mengurangi pengumuman melalui pengeras suara.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan dan penerapan FIDS terhadap efektivitas Silent Airport di Terminal 3 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta               menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling terhadap 100 pengguna jasa bandara Terminal 3 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, data yang diperoleh di analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R2 ).Hasil penelitian pelaksanaan dan penerapan FIDS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas Silent Airport di Terminal 3 Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 ≤ α = 0,05 sehingga dapat Ha diterima, H0 ditolak diketahui besar pengaruhnya adalah 45,9%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to measuring potential financial distress in airlines as the impact of the covid-19 pandemic by applying the altman model ( Z Score ). This study is a descriptive quantitative will analyze the potential for financial distress of airlines companies listed on the IDX, the method used in this study is the altman Z-Scroe as a bankcruptcy prediction tool. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial reports and annual reports of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk (GIAA), PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk (CMPP), PT Indonesia Transport & Infrastructure Tbk (IATA), and PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI) period 2020 and 2021 Quarter III. The result of the study can be concluded that based of the results of the calculation of banckruptcy prediction with altman Z score models that has been carried out on each of the airlines sector companies that are the sample, the classification of the bankruptcy predictions shows the results are indications of banckruptcy.

Abstract

The factor that most influences passengers in purchasing goods or services is the price factor, where the cheaper the price offered, the attractiveness of the purchase will increase. Air transportation rates are currently regulated by Law No. 1 / 2009 concerning Lower Limit Tariffs (TBB) and Upper Limit Tariffs (TBA). This is done so that service rates do not fall or soar high. The demand for plane tickets changes every year, it can go up and down at any time. This is caused by the price level which is always changing all the time. Price is one of the factors that influences demand for plane tickets. This research uses quantitative data. The data used in this research was taken based on a questionnaire distributed to passengers at Sultan Babullah Airport in Ternate. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, T test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that based on the research and data testing that has been carried out, the results on the coefficient of determination value can be concluded that the increase in ticket prices on service user interest at Sultan Babullah Ternate airport is 78%. The remaining 22% was caused by other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract

Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport located in Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara is an airport located in Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara with IATA code: BMU. Which is managed by the Airport Operator Unit, namely UPT Directorate General of Hubud. Sultan Muammad Salahuddin Bima Airport as an aviation company in Indonesia, apparently has not implemented a risk management system that refers to ISO 31000. This study aims to determine the stages and processes of identifying, analyzing, and evaluating risks at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport based on ISO 31000. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done by observation, structured interviews and documentaries. Data analysis used in accordance with the risk management process using the ISO 31000 base, including risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation. Measurement of the likelihood and impact of risk is performed using the FAA matrix. The results of this study are from the results of the author's risk identification of 12 hazards and 12 flight risks at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. Risk analysis that the author conducted to obtain risk events that could potentially occur in the Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport unit and the impact caused by these risks. The author's risk evaluation found that 9 risks in the red zone (high) and 2 risks in the yellow zone (medium) and 1 risk in the green zone (low) and requiring treatment or control.
