Abstract

Abstrak: Pelaksanaan sekolah yang ramah anak menjadi bagian yang penting dilakukan oleh sekolah sesuaii dengan amanat sistem perundang-undangan di Negera Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Kendatipun demikian, masih banyak ditemukan praktik pendidikan yang justru melakukan tindakan kekerasan dan diskriminasi sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya untuk menghumanisasi paradigma pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini berusaha mengkaji fenomena sekolah ramah anak yang diterapkan di MI Miftahul Ulum Sumur Tengah, Palengaan Laok, Pamekasan di mana lembaga ini memiliki komitmen untuk memberikan layanan pendidikan yang baik dengan prinsip keamanan, kenyamanan, kemudahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi sekolah ramah anak di lembaga tersebut mencakup dari beberapa aspek yaitu; kebijakan, kurikulum dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, sarana dan prasarana, serta keterlibatan anak dan warga di luar sekolah. Aspek ini secara konsisten dilakukan oleh lembaga tersebut sebagai upaya menjamin hak-hak anak untuk memperoleh kualitas pendidikan yang baik dengan berdasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip kemanusiaan. Abstract

There are two problems that are the main study in this research, first, is there an influence of the leadership of the Ma'hadiyah Council on improving the performance of dormitory supervisors. Second, how much influence does the leadership of the Ma'hadiyah Council have on improving the performance of dormitory supervisors? The population of this research is students at the Mambaul Ulum Bata Bata Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School. The results of the research after data analysis show that the r value of work is 0.751 which is greater than the r value of the product moment table. Where at db=28, both at the 5% significance level, the value is 0.374 and at the 1% significance level, the value is 0.478. Thus the value of r work is greater than the r table of product moment at both the 5% significance level and the 1% significance level so that the hypothesis proposed, namely the work hypothesis (Ha) is accepted while the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. The leadership of the Ma'hadiyah Council has a big influence on improving the performance of the Girls' Dormitory Supervisors at the Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Bata-Bata Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan. This is based on the results of data analysis after consulting with the r value interpretation table which states that the work r value is 0.751 in the range of 0.600 to 0.600. 0.800 with high interpretation.

Abstract

The digitalization era has fundamentally transformed educational landscapes, demanding transformation in teacher professionalism regarding technology integration in learning. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of hybrid and digital learning, creating new challenges in teachers' pedagogical competencies. Teacher professionalism is now measured not only by conventional teaching abilities but also by proficiency in utilizing technology as effective learning media. This research aims to analyze technology adaptation in teacher professionalism, identify hybrid learning challenges, and formulate strategies for developing teachers' digital competencies. The study employs library research methodology with qualitative descriptive analysis of various current academic literature sources. Data collection was conducted through systematic review of national and international journals from 2019-2024. Data analysis utilized content analysis techniques with source triangulation to ensure findings validity. Results indicate that technology adaptation requires comprehensive transformation in teachers' pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competencies. Hybrid learning provides flexibility but demands more complex time management and technological skills. Teacher professionalism development strategies must include continuous training, technical mentoring, and adequate technological infrastructure development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing Islamic education values in fostering students' multicultural awareness at MAN 1 Pamekasan. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with 13 informants (the principal, teachers, and students), and documentation studies of lesson plans, policies, and activity archives. The findings reveal that the internalization occurs effectively through integrative and reflective strategies that go beyond the formal curriculum, where teachers act as transformative murabbis (educators) who connect maqashid sharia principles with the context of diversity. The co-curricular ecosystem functions as a social laboratory for practicing values such as shura (deliberation) and ‘adl (justice). Consequently, the transformation of students' awareness progresses from passive tolerance to active roles as peacebuilding agents. This research yields a conceptual framework called the Maqashid-based Integrative Internalization Model (MIIM), which synthesizes four pillars: maqashid as a theological foundation, the integration of Islamic, national, and local wisdom values, critical-reflective learning, and structured action spaces. This model offers a contextual operational framework for madrasahs and other Islamic educational institutions to strengthen their contribution in building social cohesion within pluralistic societies.
