Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyzethe effect of the level of profitability, firm size, Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and the external auditors of the Audit Delay banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Its population is banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008-2011, the samples taken in this study were 27 companies, and the sampling technique used was purposive random sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The analysis tool used was SPSS.The results of this study to test the F-test statistics showed that between independen variables jointly affect the Audit Delay. From the results of hypothesis testing showed that Non Performing Loan has a significant Positive effect, Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant negative effect. while the firm size, variable profitability, and external auditors variables have a negative impact, but not significant.Keywords: Audit Delay, profitability, firm size, external auditors, Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factor of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Retun on Assets (ROA), and net profit margin (NPM) of the companys stock price and the Real Estate category Property listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population is the entire Real Estate and Property companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) the number of 49 companies and research over the period 2009 to 2011. Samples taken in this study is as much 44companie. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the coefficient of determination in this study is the value of Adjusted R Square of 32.9%. As for the test statistic F-test showed that, between CurrentRatio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE) Return on Assets (ROA), and net profit margin (NPM) jointly affect the price stock. Hypothesis testing results show that there is positive Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices. While to Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) shows that there is a negative effect on stock prices.Keywords : Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), And Stock Price.

Abstract

This study was conducted aimed to determine whether the Debt to Equity Ratio, Public Accounting Firm, Size, Earnings per Share and Return on Equity affects the value of the company in LQ-45 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Independent variable in this study was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio, Public Accounting Firm, Size , Earnings per Share and Return on Equity. The samples used in this study were 27 companies with a purposive sampling technique. The empirical results of this study using the method of analysis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research can be concluded that the Debt to Equity Ratio, the Office of the Public Accountant, Size, and Earnings Per Share has no effect on the value of the company. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of deposit from third parties, capital adequacy ratio, non performing loan, return on assets and Bank Indonesia certificates. The research object is the Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in year 2010 to 2012. Samples taken in this study were as many as 25 banking companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is that by using multiple linear regression method  requires normality test, the classical assumption examination which consist of multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test and strength test models consisting of: coefficient of determination test and F test. Hypothesis testing using t- statistic. The results of this study indicate that the variable deposit from third parties showed significant positive effect to total of loans. The variable capital adequacy ratio, non performing loan, and Bank Indonesia certificates were not significant negative effect to total of loans. Return on assets variable is not significant positive effect to total of loans. Abstract

This research aim to to know the influence Earning Per Share ( EPS), Return On Equity ( ROE), Net Profit Margin ( NPM), and Current Ratio (CR) either through parsial and simultan to share price at company Indeks LQ45 which enlisted in BEI. Period of research started from year of 2009-2011 ( 3 year). Method analyse the data use the assumption test classical, analyse regresi doubled and examination of hypothesis. Research result indicate that the variable Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Equity (ROE) have an effect on to share price parsially is while Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Current Ratio (CR) dont have an effect on to share price. Abstract

This study was conducted to test and analyze the influence of the Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio effect on profit growth in the real estate and property companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2012. The population used is a real estate company that went public on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2012, the number of samples by using purposive sampling technique was about 132 companies. Types of data used are secondary data , such as financial statement data in 2010-2011 and ICMD. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Normality test indicates that the data are normally distributed research. Test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test in the classical assumption that the variable was not found to deviate. The results showed that the CR, GPM, ROE variable and DER significant positive effect on profit growth, while TAT and NPM showed no significant effect on profit growth. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence capital structure. Such factors are profitability (ROA), the structure of assets (tangibility), sales growth, firm size, and likuidity (CR) either through parsial to capital structure at company Indeks LQ 45 which enlisted in BEI. Period of research started from year of  2010-2012 (3 year). This study uses secondary data sources of the data derived by the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a tree year study period. Sampling was purposive sampling method. Data analysis using classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and t test, profitability (ROA), the structure of assets (tangibility), sales growth, firm size, likuidity (CR), as independent variabels and capital structure as dependent variabel. The results showed that profitability (ROA), the structure of assets (tangibility), and sales growth negative and significantly affect the capital structure so the hypothesis is rejected, likuidity (CR) negative and significantly affect the capital structure so the hypothesis is rejected. firm size affect the capital structure so the hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, The Structure of Assets, Sales Growth, Firm Size, Likuidity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variable ROE, EPS, PER, Size, and CR on stock prices in mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The population is the entire mining company in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) the number of 134 companies and the period of 2009-2012. Samples taken in this study were 95 companies that are not consecutive - participated. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the coefficient of determination in this study is the value of Adjusted R Square of 21.9%. As for the test statistic F-test shows that the ROE. EPS, PER, Size, and CR together - the same effect on stock prices. And partial hypothesis testing results show that there is a significant positive effect of EPS on stock prices. As for the ROE, Size and CR positive effect was not significant. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, Return On Equity effect on profit growth in the manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2011. Population used is a manufacturing company that went public on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2011, the number of samples by using purposive sampling techniques were as many as 127 companies. Types of data used are secondary data, such as financial statement data ICMD 2010-2011. Tool using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the return on equity effect on profit growth. This condition occurs because the ratio between net income compares with total assets. This ratio measures how much of the operating income earned from each dollar of assets owned by the company. Debt to Equity ratio effect on profit growth. This condition occurs because the ratio is the ratio of total liabilities (debt) to total capital owned. The higher capital used to finance the debt the more likely it is expected to generate a profit, because the company is considered to be able to resolve its debt with its equity. Current ratio is not significant effect on earnings growth. This condition occurs because the lower the ratio, the more it does not likuit company in running its operations, so that the profit down. Liquidity in this study was high, with an average of 227.47%, which means a lot of idle funds. Invetory turnover effect on profit growth. This condition occurs ratio is the ratio of the activity that is intended to measure up how much the effectiveness of the company in doing its resources, especially its capital. Abstract

The study examines the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return On Investment, Size, and Growth of Sales on Stock Price. This research was conducted at the Real Estate and Property company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Relationship and (or) influence between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Earning Per Share and Size has positive effect and significant to the Stock Price. Variable Current Ratio had positive effect but no significant to the Stock Price, whereas variable Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Investment,andGrowth of Sales had negative effect and no significant to the Stock Price.
