<![CDATA[Background: Data from the BKKBN for 2022 recorded that 101 youths in Sikka Regency had sex before marriage, and 31.7% of them were teenagers from Maumere City. The age of the youngest teenager who was pregnant before marriage was 16 years as many as 7 teenagers. Interview with 34 youths of SMK 'x' Maumere 44% stated to having sex and 3% of them were pregnant before marriage. Research in Sikka concluded, adolescents who have good knowledge about the impact of premarital sex behavior will have courtship behavior that does not deviate. Health education media using films are suitable for teenagers because they are interesting, easy to explain the impact. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in knowledge and behavior of adolescents before and after health education. Research Methods: pre-experiment one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample of 30 teenagers was taken by quota sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Adolescents were given health education with a 12-minute duration film, followed by a 48-minute question and answer session. Knowledge variable posttest was carried out twice, namely immediately after counseling and 1 month after counseling. Adolescent behavior posttest was conducted after 1 month of counseling. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. Research Results: There is a difference in adolescent knowledge about the impact of premarital sex before and immediately after counseling, Z -4.893 p value 0.000, Knowledge before and after 1 month of counseling, Z -4.824 p value 0.000, Adolescent behavior before and after 1 month of counseling, Z -3.606 p value 0.000.
