Abstract

Covid-19 adalah penyakit yang tingkat penularannya cukup tinggi, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya perlindungan kesehatan masyarakat yang dilakukan secara komprehensif. Perlindungan kesehatan masyarakat bertujuan mencegah terjadinya penularan dalam skala luas. Di wilayah Kecamatan Bawen jumlah pasien terkonfirmasi Covid-19 secara kumulaif sejumlah 21 orang dengan 2 orang diantaranya meninggal dunia dan di wilayah Kelurahan Bawen terdapat 1 kasus suspek dan kasus terkonfirmasi Covid-19 sebanyak 2 kasus, namun telah dinyatakan sembuh (Data kasus Covid-19 tanggal 10 Agustus 2020). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyuluhan pencegahan covid-19 terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksperimental menggunakan desain pra-eksperimen One Group Pretest Posttest, dengan subjek penelitian ibu-ibu warga kelurahan Bawen sejumlah 17 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan pengolahan data menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Skor hasil pre test dan post test didapatkan rata-rata pre test sebesar 8,24, sedangkan rata-rata post test sebesar 9,65, serta selisih rata-rata pre test dan post test sebesar 1,41. Kemudian dari hasil uji normalitas, data tidak terdistribusi normal (p value < 0,05). Dari uji wilcoxon, diketahui nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang berarti Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Ada perbedaan skor pengetahuan dan sikap tentang pencegahan Covid-19 pada sebelum dan sesudah diberi penyuluhan.

Abstract

Covid-19 has spread in 223 countries until now cases of infection are also increasing. Various efforts to prevent Covid-19 have been implemented. However, adolescents are often found to still violate the rules, this is caused by the lack of public knowledge related to Covid-19, indifferent behaviour and attitudes, and the lack of special socialization to teenagers resulting in not optimal Covid-19 prevention programs. This empowerment was carried out in RT 05 RW 03 Loram Wetan Village which lasted for 3 weeks in July-August 2020. The activity was successful and the enthusiasm of the participants was very good in the process of providing education which was carried out online via Whatsapp. Media education used posters, booklets and leaflets. To determine changes in knowledge, attitudes and behaviour, pre-test and post-test questionnaires were given which were filled out by 28 adolescents who participated in the activity, the results were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. There was a significant change in knowledge (p-value < 0.05), but there was no significant change in attitudes and behaviour about Covid-19 (p-value > 0.05). However, both knowledge, attitude, and behaviour are increased.
