Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa berdasarkan penggunaan pembelajaran inquiry. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data berupa dokumen-dokumen data sekunder yang berasal dari 6 skripsi terkait dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa berdasarkan penggunaan pendekatan inquiry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran inquiry memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan maupun pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika, (2) model pembelajaran inquiry merupakan salah satu faktor atau solusi bagi peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa, (3) penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran inquiry lebih memberikan kontribusi baik dalam keberhasilan pembelajaran siswa dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, (4) kelebihan model pembelajaran inquiry terhadap pemecaha masalah matematika siswa, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan ingatan dan pemahaman terhadap materi pembelajaran oleh siswa, karena pengetahuan atau informasi yang mereka peroleh berdasarkan pengalaman belajar mereka yang otentik. (5) kekurangan model pembelajaran inquiry yaitu permasalahan dengan waktu yang dialokasikan. Apabila guru dan siswa belum begitu terbiasa melaksanakan model pembelajaran inkuri, maka ada kemungkinan yang besar waktu tidak dapat dimanajemen dengan baik. Kata-kata kunci: Inquiry, Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematik

Abstract

The majority of banks have provided e-banking services that make it easier for customers to transact anytime and anywhere, but these services also carry the risk of cybercrime such as fraud in the name of the bank. This study aims to analyze legal protection for customers using e-banking and the bank's responsibility in the event of losses at PT BRI Unit Simpang Tiga Simpang Empat Branch, West Pasaman. The method used is empirical juridical through a legislative approach, document study, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the banking system refers to applicable regulations, and the bank is responsible for processing customer transactions and complaints, although there are still delays in follow-up information. The bank provides full compensation if the loss is caused by a system error or internal negligence, but does not compensate for losses caused by customer negligence, although it still provides assistance such as transaction tracking, information, and assistance to the authorities.
