Abstract

An irony when monitoring the dynamic and development of political democracy and law, in pratice the life of nation and state today, the commotion is not tasty go-consuming concentration SBY and Budiyono government volume II and the Indonesian cabinet ministers united. Emerge a variety of cases rangging from cases of mega century bank, tax cases, the markup practice cases and luxurious facilities to convicted corruption case coloring of this nation. The involvement of law enforcement officials, from police, prosecutors, and courts, the settelement process is not clear even cause a lot of speculation that ultimately confuse the public. Moreover, these big cases come and go. This indicates that besides the weakening of control functions, as well as the process of acquiescense by the state in this case is the government. The most crucial is the ethical and moral crisis faced by the political elite and bureaucracy in this country. In this paper, the author tries to reflect back on how building a government that was inseribed by the prophet Muhammad SAW in Medina by applying Islamic state in all lines of life, and make Islam the attitude of living in arraging and supporting the reform of state.
