Abstract

Background - During the covid-19 pandemic, Islamic banking companies are currently utilizing technology, namely mobile banking by providing easy, effective, and efficient services in banking access to growing customer satisfaction of Islamic banks. Purpose - To determine the combination of the role of the TAM and CARTER models in optimizing customer satisfaction for Mobile Syariah Banking in Malang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – Using quantitative methods by distributing research questionnaires to 100 customers of mobile Syariah banking in Malang City. Using cluster sampling technique by selecting areas in Malang City covering five sub-districts in Malang City, namely Kedungsaatan, Sukun, Klojen, Blimbing, and Lowokwaru. Results and Discussion - Based on the results of research on sharia mobile banking customers in Malang City during the Covid-19 pandemic, the aspects of Usability and Reliability were prioritized over other aspects, but overall the aspects of Ease, Usability, Compliance, Assurance, and Reliability also affect customer satisfaction in using mobile Syariah banking in Malang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Conclusion - the use of Islamic banking mobile banking customers can feel satisfaction, namely with the use and reliability. By providing benefits in using mobile banking and good service to provide fast, complete, and sustainable transactions, customers can feel the satisfaction of using Islamic bank mobile banking. Research Limitations - Considering that the discussion about the theory of the influence of this research variable is very broad, this discussion will address the variables of convenience, usability, compliance, reliability, and assurance of customer satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta menguji pengaruh nisbah bagi hasil, inflasi serta jumlah uang beredar (JUB) terhadap deposito mudharabah pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia baik secara simultan maupun parsial periode tahun 2014-2021. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan studi penelitian pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 32 data yang meliputi data keuangan BMI serta data inflasi maupun JUB dari website resmi Bank Indonesia serta Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menghasilkan variabel nisbah bagi hasil yang terbukti berpengaruh terhadap deposito mudharabah pada BMI. Sedangkan variabel Inflasi dan JUB terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap deposito mudharabah pada BMI. Uji parsial menghasilkan bahwa variabel nisbah bagi hasil, inflasi maupun JUB secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap deposito mudharabah. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya perbankan syariah untuk memfokuskan kebijakan pada nisbah bagi hasil yang ditawarkan kepada nasabahnya dan tidak terpengaruh pada situasi keuangan eksternal dalam aspek inflasi dan JUB.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2020 has resulted in many business sectors experiencing a decline in performance, and some have even been forced to go bankrupt. This study aims to find out the digital-based strategies implemented by small, micro, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in maintaining their business amidst economic uncertainty due to the health crisis. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with primary data sources. The technique uses interviews with informants who are determined by purposive sampling based on certain criteria. So that in this study, 5 Respondents were business actors in the digital-based culinary field. The data analysis stage carried out in this study consisted of data reduction, then data presentation. And the next data analysis is to conclude from the information that has been obtained. The results of the study show that the digital strategy carried out by MSME actors during the economic recovery is digital marketing. By implementing this strategy, changes to the businesses run by MSME players are quite significant. This can be seen from the increase in income compared to during the pandemic. So, to be able to survive in their business, MSME players need to develop their digital literacy skills by participating in various digital marketing and digital media training.

Abstract

In the business world, companies are expected to be able to reduce the impact of risks faced by the companies themselves, and one of the aspects is risk management, but in reality, there are still many companies that have not disclosed their risk management in their annual reports, including a financial company. Financial companies are required by the government to report risk disclosure in their financial statements, but in practice, there are still many financial companies that disclose risk voluntarily. The purpose of this study is to assess company size, the concentration of ownership, the reputation of auditors, the board of directors, risk management committee on enterprise management disclosures. The data used is data obtained from the website. www.idx.co.id . Fifty companies were selected using the target sampling method. This survey was conducted from 2017 to 2020, so the data volume for this survey is 200 data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 24, and this study found that the board of directors and the risk management committee influence the company's risk management disclosures. Company size, concentration of ownership, and audit reputation do not affect the disclosure of company risk management.

Abstract

Some of the common issues and constraints faced by sharia cooperatives today concern the management of risk management, including liquidity risk. This risk is prone to occur in many sharia cooperatives, the majority is due to the simplicity of the information and technology (IT) systems they have. As a result, a commotion arose from the members because they had lost trust because the Cooperative could not fulfill its obligations to members when withdrawing their deposits. This is due to weak liquidity, and a weak supervisory and control system from managers regarding liquidity needs and time deposits or general term savings that are due. In fact, this function can be replaced by an increase in the latest Information and Technology systems. The use of technology has a very significant role in controlling liquidity risk. This study analyzes the use of information and technology in managing liquidity risk control in the BMT UGT Nusantara Cooperative. The methodological approach used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the improvement of information and technology systems has a very important role in anticipating the occurrence of liquidity weaknesses.
