<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of effectiveness or accounting information, level of expertise, and organizational support on individual employee performance. This study applies primary data sources through data collection by means of questionnaire observations and using quantitative methods. The sample of this study amounted to 40 people in the bookkeeping employees of PT. Keris Batik. This research analysis tool uses multiple regression analysis. The results from showed that the effectiveness of accounting information systems and organizational support had a significant effect on individual employee performance, but the level of expertise did not have a significant effect on individual employee performance. The effectiveness of the accounting information system has an influence on the individual performance of employees which means that the use of an accounting system can assist employees in completing tasks and employees benefit from the accounting information system so as to provide benefits to PT. Keris Batik Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh efektivitas ataupun informasi akuntansi, tingkat keahlian, dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja individu karyawan. Penelitian ini menerapkan sumber data primer dengan pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan angket dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang pada karyawan bagian pembukuan PT. Batik Keris. Alat analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan dukungan organisasi memberi pengaruh bermakna terhadap kinerja individu karyawan namun tingkat keahlian tidak memberi pengaruh bermakna terhadap kinerja individu karyawan. Efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi memberi pengaruh pada kinerja individu karyawan mempunyai makna bahwa penggunaan sistem akuntansi bisa membantu pegawai dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan karyawan mendapat manfaat pada sistem informasi akuntansi sehingga memberikan keuntungan pada PT.
