In this study, we will discuss the method of training the translation of the Qur'an with the lafẓiyah system in PP. Al Anwar. This method is one of the quick methods to master the content of the Koran completely and thoroughly, not just a sentence by sentence study, but at the same time studying its content which includes the study of the Arabic language. In this study, what the author wants to explore are: 1. How is the methodology of translating the Al Quran with the lafẓiyah system applied in PP. Al Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta?2. What are the supporting factors and obstacles in implementing the translation training of the Qur'an with the lafẓiyah system in PP. Al Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta? The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely trying to obtain information and descriptions of how the translation training of the Al-Qur'an with the lafẓiyah system applied in PP. Al Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta. The data sources of this research are all those who are involved with the object of this research. The author uses the sample purposive so that it can take from rich sources of information used in this study. From this study, it was concluded that the training in translating the Qur'an with the lafẓiyah well , and made many positive contributions to PP students. Al Anwar Sleman Yogyakarta. One of them helps to understand the meaning of the verses of the Quran quickly.

Work motivation in Islamic education environment is still floating. On the one hand there are those who have high work motivation but still refer to western motivation theory, while on the other hand they seem to have no work motivation at all. Whereas the majority of the Indonesian population is Muslim, which of course has its own values that are different from the western world, including values about motivation. This study seeks to present a model of motivation development in an Islamic perspective which was carried out at the Al-Mumtaz Islamic Boarding School, Banguntapan, Bantul DIY. This research is afield research, which is qualitative in nature, with quite a lot of additions in exploring the theory. The approach used is management science and Islamic psychology. Obtaining data through the mechanism of interviews, observation, and data documentation. Management of motivation at Pondok Pesantren Al-Mumtaz Banguntapan, Bantul, DIY in general can run well because it is influenced by the main figure (kyai) who is quite competent in his field, has high integrity, has leadership and managerial spirit, and has exemplary (uswatun hasanah).

This study aims to determine the problems of learning Arabic, especially for students of Arabic Language Education (PBA), from public schools who continue their education at the Tarbiyah Madani College of Yogyakarta. Learning Arabic has become one of the important subjects in education in Indonesia, from elementary to tertiary level. One of them is at the STIT Madani Yogyakarta college. Where students who continue their education at the lecture level can take the Arabic Language Education study program at STIT Madani Yogyakarta. Those with different backgrounds graduate from both ma'had-ma'had or Islamic boarding schools, Madrasah Aliyah and also other public schools such as SMA/SMK where they have big hopes and aspirations by continuing their education. The types of problems faced by students in the learning process in class include: 1) Vocabulary/mufroda problems, 2) Qowaid and i'rob problems, 3) Tarqib/word order, 4) Shame and lack of confidence. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out based on observation, interviews, experience, and the author's observations. The results of this study indicate that there are two factors, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors, supporting factors are something that can facilitate and maximize the target of what has been determined, while inhibiting factors are everything that can complicate and support the failure of STIT Madani Yogyakarta students in the learning process
