Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukan pentingnya nilai keadilan bagi pendidikan di asrama SMP St, Aloysius Turi. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara semiterstruktur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Miles and Haberman yaitu: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada nilai keadilan distributif, restributif, interaksional dan restoratif dan membuktikan sangat penting realisasi nilai keadilan terhadap pendidikan di asrama untuk menjaga keharmonisan, kesatuan, solidaritas, kerja sama, keberlangsungan hidup, mendukung visi-misi asrama dan menghilangkan konflik individu, kelompok, etnis, maupun daerah. Adapun faktor pendukung adalah motivasi dari tenaga pendidik atau Bruder, sikap terbuka, fasilitas dan kariawan asrama sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu minimnya pengetahuan perihal nilai keadilan, keberagaman peserta didik dan etnosentrisme.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the use of social studies learning media in elementary schools in Banyuurip District with all kinds of school conditions. It is hoped that the characteristics of learning media that can be used and their efforts to improve, as well as efforts to increase teacher creativity in making learning media, can be known. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, because this study describes the phenomenon of learning that is in schools in Banyuurip District. The research uses social situations, namely places, actors, and activities that interact synergistically. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data are principals and elementary school teachers in Banyuurip District. The analysis technique uses an interactive model from Miles and Huberman to analyze the research data. Activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively and take place continuously until complete. The data validity technique uses data triangulation. The results showed: (1) the media problems found in Elementary Schools in Banyuurip District include incomplete media according to social studies lessons, special media storage space is not available so that many media are damaged, lost and not maintained, the media needed are not all available so that teachers find it difficult, teachers find it difficult to make and use media due to limited insight in their use, (2) the use of media in elementary schools is not maximized, due to school limitations. In general, the use of media is carried out by teachers in Banyuurip District in using mass media or groups in front of the class. Some teachers have used social studies learning media such as globes, maps, atlas books, and focused LCDs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out youtube media in brave learning in the pandemic era, to describe the effect of using youtube media in brave learning in the covid 19 era, and to find out the role of teachers in implementing the use of youtube media in the brave learning process. This research was conducted in an elementary school environment, qualitative research methods. The primary data in this study is a bold learning activity using youtube media which will be divided into several screenshots of youtube video images in conducting the analysis. While secondary data obtained by researchers based on literature studies to complement the data held by researchers, including books and scientific articles. The results of the research are: 1) YouTube learning media is very meaningful in bold learning so that it can increase students' interest and motivation to learn, 2) In using YouTube media, teachers are creative and innovative in making interesting learning videos, 3) Utilization of YouTube media in learning daring can make it easier for students to learn, anywhere and anytime, because youtube media can be accessed by students easily.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the education sector. Changes in curriculum policies and teacher work systems lead to changes in the process of teaching and learning activities. Before the pandemic, teaching and learning activities took place face-to-face/offline at schools, while during the pandemic teaching and learning activities took place online/online and face-to-face meetings were limited. Changes in the learning system have a very significant impact. Students who are accustomed to participating in face-to-face learning activities will require a process of adapting, especially students who do not yet have infrastructure that supports the online learning process, such as cellphones, quotas and signals. The obstacles faced during the pandemic can result in learning loss or learning loss for students. SD IT Bina Insani Panggang is trying to deal with learning loss in learning social studies content with Project Based Learning. This research is a qualitative research. Research place at SD IT Bina Insani Panggang Gunungkidul. The research subjects were students of class I-VI SD IT Bina Insani Panggang. The results of the research are in the form of information about the implementation of Project Based Learning facing Learning Loss in learning social studies content at SD IT Bina Insani Panggang for the academic year 2021-2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase the motivation and activeness of students in the learning process. Through team mode, each student will contribute points to be accumulated into group scores. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were students of class VI SDN Tanjunganom, Banyuurip District, Purworejo Regency totaling 25 children. Techniques Data collection is done with a questionnaire, observation. The data analysis technique used a quantitative descriptive technique with percentages. The results showed that 1) Quizizz Media team mode can increase students' motivation; this is indicated by the increasing number of students who have a minimum high motivation, from 40% in the pre-cycle, to 88% in the first cycle and 92% in the second cycle; 2) Team mode in Media Quizizz can increase student activity; this is indicated by an increase in the number of students who are included in the minimal activity category either from 44% in the pre-cycle, to 64% in the first cycle and 92% in the second cycle. The results of the research on motivation and activity as a whole have met the minimum criteria specified at 75% so that the research was stopped in cycle II.

Abstract

The Covid-19 virus is the beginning of a new face change in the world, one of the sectors affected is the education sector. The new policy is provided through the Ministry of Education and Culture in the form of distance learning. Students should study at home, and under the supervision of the teacher. Online communication is one of the keys for keeping educational programs running well. Therefore, this becomes a new challenge by a the teachers to provide interesting learning and according to the characteristics of students. Through this research, it is hoped that it can provide insight to readers, especially educators, in designing innovative learning during a pandemic based on Open Broadcast Software and Youtube Live Streaming applications. In addition, this application also makes it easier for students to participate in learning, both in real time and recording. The research method used a literature study, using a qualitative descriptive approach, by collecting several previous research results from articles and journals related to the topic of this article and through direct observation of student learning in class. The results show that the interactive video learning model based on the OBS application and Youtube Live Streaming can make learning more interesting and effective, especially for most students with audio-visual learning styles. Teachers can use OBS and Youtube Live Streaming to design distance learning more effectively.

Abstract

The problem in this research is: Can using image media in social studies learning improve the learning outcomes of fifth graders at SD Negeri Lugu, Need District, Purworejo Regency. Image media is a form and channel that can be used in a process of presenting information. The problem to be solved in this research is the low learning outcomes of fifth graders at SD Negeri Lugu, Need District, Purworejo Regency, qualitative data and quantitative data, namely, data obtained through teacher and student observation sheets, student observations in cycle I meeting I obtained grades the average was 52.00% and the second meeting increased to 68.25% while in the second cycle the first meeting and second meeting increased by 75.00% and 87.50% overall the value of student activity was in the good category, the results of observations of teacher activities in the first cycle of the first meeting and the second meeting, respectively, namely 53.57% and 64.69, while in the second cycle the first meeting and second meeting increased to 71.43 and 89.39% according to the indicators of the success level of teacher activities already in the category Good. Student learning outcomes obtained after applying image media in social studies learning were classical completeness in the first cycle 20.08% increased to 95.80% in the second cycle and classical absorption obtained in the first cycle was 54.58% to 75.42% in the first cycle. Cycle II from these results it can be concluded that the application of image media can improve student learning outcomes of SD Negeri Lugu, Need District, Purworejo Regency.

Abstract

The selection of learning models used by teachers in learning activities it one of the determining factors for the success of student learning. This study aims to improve student activity and learning result through a cooperative learning model of the type of team game tournament (TGT) for fourth graders at SDN Sumberwungu I in the 2020/2022 academic year. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted at SDN Sumberwungu I. The subjects in this study were class IV students, totaling 10 students. Data collection techniques in this study used observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. The data analysis technique used quantitative and qualitative descriptive with percentages. The results showed that 1) The application of the cooperative learning model of the type of tournament team game (TGT) can increase student learning activities in fourth grade students of SD Sumberwungu I, it is proven that in the pre-cycles students have an interest in learning with a good category of at least 30% increasing in cycles I. 80% and in the second cycles 90%. 2) The application of the cooperative learning model of the type of team game tournament (TGT) can improve student learning outcomes, especially grade IV students at SDN Sumberwungu I, this can be seen in student learning completeness, in the pre-cycles students who excel the KKM 4 score 40% increase in the first cycles 8 80% students and in the second cycles increased to 9 students 90%. The increase was because the teacher put more emphasis on tournament rules, and the division of tasks in groups.

Abstract

The motivation, creativity, and performance of teachers in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities play a crucial role in enhancing the learning process and improving the quality of education. For this reason, the role and support of the school principal is very important in fostering teacher motivation, creativity and performance, especially in learning of Social Sciences (IPAS) lessons in the classroom. This study attempts to apply coaching techniques with the aim of: (1) increasing teacher motivation through coaching: (2) increasing teacher creativity in Social Sciences (IPAS) lessons through coaching; (3) improving teacher performance in learning of Social Sciences (IPAS) lessons for 4th grade at the Diponegoro Cluster for the 2022/2023 academic year. The design of this research is School Action Research (SAR). The cycle in this SAR is one pre-cycle and two action cycles with four stages which include planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The data from this study were sourced from class IV teachers who were in the Diponegoro Purworejo cluster, totaling 9 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, and test results. Furthermore, the data were analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner using the percentage technique. The results of this study are: (1) there is an increase in teacher motivation from pre-cycle (33.3%), cycle I (66.67%), and cycle II (88.89%); (2) there was an increase in the number of teachers who had high creativity from pre-cycle (59.4%), cycle I (66.11%), and cycle II (84.4%); (3) there was an increase in teacher performance at the Pre-cycle stage, increasing from (44.4%) to (77.78%) in Cycle I and to (88.89)% in Cycle II. Thus, the application of coaching to teachers is proven to be able to increase teacher motivation, creativity, and performance in science content for class IV teachers in the Diponegoro Purworejo Cluster for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam analisis pemanfaatan Virtual Tour Museum Benteng Vredeburg sebagai Inovasi pada pembelajaran sejarah. Secara khusus, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Pemanfaatan Virtual Tour Museum Benteng Vredeburg menjadi inovasi media pembelajaran Sejarah ditengah era society 5.0, namun pemanfaatan fasilitas ini belum dimaksimalkan oleh sebagian besar guru sejarah. Masih ada guru sejarah yang mengalami kesulitan dalam merancang dan memanfaatkan Virtual Tour Museum Benteng Vredeburg pada pembelajaran sejarah. Akibatnya fasilitas Virtual Tour Museum yang sudah dikembangkan secara khusus oleh Museum Benteng Vredeburg belum digunakan secara maksimal pada proses Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar di Sekolah. Penelitian ini juga ingin mengetahui bagaimana respon peserta didik terhadap pemanfaatan Virtual Tour Museum Benteng Vredeburg sebagai media pembelajaran sejarah. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilaksanakan pada kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Yogyakarta Tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi partisipasi yaitu pengamatan dan pencatatan dinamika proses pembelajaran sejarah, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelititan ini menggunakan teknik analisis secara deskriptif-interpretatif dan analisis data kualitatif dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemanfatan Virtual Tour Museum Benteng Vredeburg pada pembelajaran sejarah menjadi inovasi media pembelajaran sejarah yang diminati peserta didik. Proses kegiatan belajar dan mengajar sejarah kelas XI dapat dimaksimalkan dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas Virtual Tour yang dikembangkan oleh Museum Benteng Vredeburg. Guru Sejarah memanfaatkan Inovasi media pembelajaran sejarah berbantu Virtual Tour Museum Benteng Vredeburg berdasarkan kompetensi dasar dan direncanakan sesuai model pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan peserta didik. Fasilitas Virtual Tour Museum Benteng Vredeburg dapat dimanfaatkan dengan dukungan ketersediaan Jaringan Internet dan perangkat Handphone/Laptop peserta didik. Pemanfatan Virtual Tour Museum Benteng Vredeburg pada pembelajaran sejarah terbukti dapat menjadi inovasi media pembelajaran sejarah di sekolah menengah atas dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sejarah.
